The last one in Minneapolis when an officer shot a white lady that called police and walked out to the car to tell them what she saw got 12.5 years. Let's see what Chauvin gets for not rendering aid to a drug addict dying of a Fentanyl OD. Chauvin actually got convicted of a worse crime.
Justine Diamond murder.

You're an idiot.

I guess I can say a fire extinguisher killed Sicknick then?

Do you know what Floyd died from?

Quote:The 20-page report also indicates that Floyd had fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system at the time of his death, although the drugs are not listed as the cause.

The autopsy report from Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office concludes the cause of death was "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression." That conclusion, death due to heart failure, differs from the one reached by an independent examiner hired by the Floyd family; that report listed the cause of death as "asphyxiation from sustained pressure."

Exactly. Now, as impartial as you can possibly be, do you believe beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin was of a depraved mind when he subdued Floyd?

That's what all 12 jurors had to believe in order to find him guilty of 3rd degree murder which was a prerequisite for 2nd degree murder.

I have no issue with the manslaughter charge, Floyd died while restrained and the officer appeared to be slow to render aid.

I watched next to none of the trial. I'm certainly not going to guess what the jurors thought about the testimony presented to them and/or the instructions they were given as to what constitutes meeting the charges.

No, basically a report that changes day to day based on mob rule and media pressure. If you want to convict Chauvin of manslaughter for lack of response, go ahead. I won’t argue that. All of the other stuff, no.

The medical examiners report changed daily?

I seem to remember his testimony saying his current belief had not changed since his official report.

Sure, why not. Its what liberals do. Hell, there's entire networks (CNN, MSNBC) that do it 24 hrs a day.

RWT, you can go and find the testimony on YouTube of the ME where he was asked “if Mr. Floyd’s body had been found by the police in his apartment, instead of under the circumstances here, and you performed the autopsy, is it correct to say the the drugs in his system would likely have indicated an overdose as cause of death?” The ME replies “yes”.

The guy was passed out in the car with his drug dealer. That’s why they didn’t just leave when the employees came out to the car and police were on their way. The drug dealer pleads the 5th because his attorney says if he testified he would implicate himself in the death. When your drug dealer knows he gave you enough drugs to kill you, you can be sure you took enough drugs to kill you.

There were two autopsies. One done by the ME and one done by Floyd's family. You are referring to the Floyd family autopsy. The ME stated
Quote:Baker said that Floyd’s toxicology report showed he had a "fatal level of fentanyl under normal circumstances" and that "if he were found dead at home alone and no other apparent causes, this could be acceptable to call an OD."
Again, had Chauvin rolled Floyd over after 7 minutes and Floyd died would he have even been charged? He got convicted because he didn't roll him over and provide aid.

Exactly why I asked two weeks ago when the drug dealer's trial is. The trial proved HE is the one who gave Floyd the drugs and contributed to his death.

Thx, I’m a bit lazy. The Floyd family/Crump went and got Eric Garners medical examiner and got what they wanted.

Honestly he comes off as the total winner out of this whole thing which again is comical. Keep grindin and pleading the 5th young blood. Drug addicts don't care about him so why would he care about them.

Pretty nice law ain't it 03-wink

Anywho, he's a piece of trash too, but I'll never blame dealers for a drug addict's issues because there a million more waiting in line when they get caught and they almost all get caught.

I'm going to ask two simple questions:

Who benefits from all this?

What is the end goal?

If you can answer those two questions you'll know everything you need to know about how this world is run.

Eh, that's just asking for their thoughts. I'm just surprised that they're teaching kindergarteners 'the pyramid of hate' & asking them to 'get involved in poitical activism.'. Seems a little young, but I suppose I first learned about slavery & racism & MLK Jr in 1st grade for a month (& every other grade after that for at least a month). The school system was obsessed w/ this topic when I was in school in the 90s, & I was part of a largely conservative, white community.

I'm also surprised that they're using this as an example of bias. He was found guilty of murder on 2 counts, plus manslaughter, was he not?

Why do I need to comment on what some random twitter mope says a public school system in a state I don't even live in is doing when I don't even have any kids in school any more?

Nothing I feel like devoting even this much time to. Sorry, not sorry.
