In the past they would let season ticket holders reserve seats in the club which I understand why they can't do this year. But it sounds like we'll all be standing in line waiting to pick up our tickets this year.

UC will be at the top of that list in two more draft cycles...

RE: 2021 Bearcats Football
excerpt from Stewart Mandel's Q&A:
Quote:In your most cynical headspace, where do Luke Fickell’s Bearcats need to be ranked in the preseason to have a chance, if and when they run the table, to make it to the Playoff? — David S.
I don’t think it matters where they start out. Last season gave Cincinnati a credibility boost that will be there whether the Bearcats start No. 6 or No. 16 in the AP poll.
The issue is, to this point, the committee has held a ceiling for Group of 5 teams. UCF, coming off an undefeated season and Peach Bowl win over Auburn, began the 2018 season at No. 21 in the AP poll and rose into the top 10 by mid-October. Yet when the committee put out its first ranking on Oct. 30, the Knights were down at No. 12. They moved up just four spots the rest of the way even with five more wins down the stretch.
Now, Cincinnati has an opportunity UCF didn’t. The Knights’ only Power 5 nonconference game that year was against a Pitt team that finished the regular season 7-6. (They had a game get canceled against UNC, but that wouldn’t have helped, as UNC went 2-9.) The Bearcats, by contrast, are playing road games against a Notre Dame team that went to the Playoff last season and an Indiana team that finished No. 12 in the country. Those are two great opportunities to notch impressive wins the committee will have to take seriously.
Still, I believe it will take a perfect storm for the Bearcats to finish in the top four. Those Notre Dame and Indiana wins do no good if those teams go 7-5. Cincinnati needs:
To go undefeated (obviously)
For either the Irish or Hoosiers to finish as a legitimate top 10-15 team, and the other in the Top 25
At least one AAC opponent finishes ranked as well
At least two of the Power 5 champs finish with two or more losses.
If they do all that, and STILL don’t get in … well, that’s partially why this thing will expand soon enough.

Struggling terribly against Tulsa and honestly he wasn't great before the ejection against GA is going to hurt him since those are the two best D's he faced. Hey looked slower to edge those games than I have seen him and also had several penalties.
He could get drafted, but he has extremely limited playing time and the level of competition was less than ideal except for 1 half of a bowl game. PFF doesn’t have him in their Top 50 tackles.
He will get drafted...NFL GMs and Coaches are looking at athleticism first in tackles now, and trusting their staffs to fill in the gaps. Thats why players like Erick Flowers and Mekhi Beckton, who had shall we say VERY average tape were 1st round picks. He will test about as well as any lineman at the Combine, he has enough tape to show that he had the fundamentals necessary to build on, and he was the first UC underclassmen to get a Senior Bowl invite, and I'll be shocked if he lands outside of the Top 4 rounds (though my guess is he doesn't last through Day 2).
Mekhi Benton had arguably the best combine event ever when he ran his 40 in 5.10 at 6'7 365 pounds.
Well ****...it looks like I had nothing to apologize for. Even with my underestimating his lack of desire to do anything well at his Pro Day he still was a 4th rounder and barely missed out on Day 2.

High density DLman...he's a roster print 6'1" (so probably closer to 6'0"). Talk about leverage from the center of mass lol.

Got my allocation letter from UCATS:
*As a reminder, those UCATS ticket allocation limits are listed below:
• Presidential & Director's Society ($50,000 and above): 8 Tickets
• Championship & George D. Smith ($15,000+): 6 Tickets
• Hall of Fame ($10k+), All-American ($5k+) & All-Conference ($2k+): 4 Tickets
• MVP ($750), Captain ($300), Varsity ($150), Bearcats Backer ($50): 2 Tickets
We are taking 4 tickets. I looked on Stub Hub and UC ND was the most costly ND game except USC - ND.

Outside of Malick Mbodj who seems to be using the transfer portal as his own personal academic Tinder, I think this was the last guy out.

He was the #3 QB behind Des and Ben Bryant last year.
Jayshon Jackson landed at Ball State this past week.

I guess he either got lost in my poor memory or was unknown due to sight unseen. In reality, he was likely option 3a.
