Speaking just for myself, I didn’t realize how much money and time I spent with sports until Covid. Between season tickets for LouCity soccer and UofL football with cash donation, I was spending $5,000 a year. This year I spent zero.
Haven’t missed it one bit. Didn’t even watch the Louisville game live the other night. First Louisville football home opener I’ve missed in 35 years.
ya nailed it once again...
humans are creatures of habit....unlike dogs, opposable thumbs allow more than the rabid....
I have a bud I met on the Cusa board in ruston coming to the usm/la tech game.....no tailgating due to covid...he and his son are coming to my house pregame....
no cells, no internutz, no bs....just a shitload of suds and 'que shooting the shite......
.....and I'm not going to the game and bet on la tech....we fired our coach after g1....now, the prez needs his nutz cut before I return....and I'm a lifer...
