I sent an email that I’m sure nobody read...If UC puts the logo of a anarcho-racist organization on the field, not another cent of mine goes directly to the school or the foundation. They will have proven too stupid to deserve my $$.

It depends on how bad it gets. I passed on the NBA & will pass on the NFL. I've been fine w/ MLB & NHL. Outside their dumb protest, the NHL's been great. I voted NEUTRAL, although I hate all the politics in it
These professional/college athletes have been Democrat voters for a long time. We live in a world where half of us are Democrats. Our universities have been cesspool Democrat indoctrination centers for a long-ass time. There's no getting around it. If you want to have the attitude where you boycott something/someone because they disagree with you politically, you're best just living in a cave.
I won't stomach 'Black Lives Matter' plastered all over like it was w/ the MLS Is Back Tournament. I won't stomach players wearing uniforms with a rapists name on them like NBA. A one-off walk-off protest isn't a deal-breaker for me.
My guess is if Trump wins there's another walk-off protest, & if that happens, it would be deal-breaker

I'll be very surprised if the NFL and CFB does NOT go down this same path. Look at the messaging we've already seen from the schools, reactions from the "student athletes" and how universities are forcing the coaches to basically all use the same groupthink phrases when interviewed about BLM and the impact on their athletes.

NFL is dead to me now, I gave it a second chance late last year for the playoffs and Super Bowl and planned to watch this year until they announced all the political nonsense. I rarely watched an NBA or MLB game, rarely is now I never will. As for college sports they MUST remain apolitical as public universities are an extension of the state. It's bad enough college faculty try to force their values on students, to allow sports teams to start pressing an ideology or viewpoint should NEVER be permitted. All that said if they choose to become a political platform, there's still high school football, at least for now.
