Of course we do. It's the only legal way of performing the castration which is by definition a nut cutting. A chemical one just destroys the production of hormones responsible for the drive and still doesn't remove the testicles. But since the rest of them were having sport with it anything is fair game. But truly if it was the removal of the male member we would be having those awaiting sex change flocking to Alabama to molest children to get a free one.

Truth is TripleA there was a time that pedophiles just disappeared never to be heard from again and it didn't take a court order for it to happen either.

The truly sad thing is that chemical castration is probably not an effective means through which to stop a behavior that is a perversion of the mind.

IMO, it has zero to do with stopping the behavior from a perversion standpoint. You're right, that mindset will never change.

All it does is lower his sex drive, and make it impossible to have an erection, and thus impossible to actually sexually assault anybody while he is on the drug.

IMO, once you are convicted of sexual assault, you should have to take the drug forever, because as you say, you are never really "cured."

Oh, and some peeps here (not you) did NOT understand that "castration" in this case was simply a drug that lowered your testosterone levels.

Still possible to have an erection. You can have an erection without testosterone, but you might not care about the boner.

Does this penalty apply to Netflix executives?
