The level of recruits seem about the same as we offered in the CAA so far but I think that was to be expected with the current level of the Sun Belt.

RE: MBB Recruiting
Does anyone else read “No thanks” when the recruit says “blessed” in the offer tweet?

95% of these kids aren't even "blessed". they are just following the social media template when receiving an offer and the use of the term "blessed" is required.
just like there is a transfer template and requirement...."I'd like to thank <insert school> coaches, players, fans, etc for a great experience. I'll always be a <insert mascot>....with that being said...."
"with that being said" is required.

i might start working it in to my everyday conversation.
I like the looks of the steak, and my wife is having the pasta, with that being said, I am going to have the halibut.

RE: MBB Recruiting
It's still better than using "humbled" as a synonym for proud.
"I'm humbled to have won this award, proving I am better than everyone else. And with the humbling mega contract that ensued, I am humbled to have bought the biggest house I have ever seen."
Not knocking people for being proud or 8iuuu.pearning or spending-cash- just how the last several years, they all made a point as to humbling success was. On multiple outlets. For several news cycles.
