Trump is going after Twitter because they are wanting to put a fact checker on his tweets.. IF it is not on every users account they are infringing on Trump's First Amendment.

The EO Trump signed basically is stating that social media platforms are not allowed to single out one side or person and censor them.

The Constitution, you know the comment you threw out there, doesn't protect just you, it protects all Americans and every one is to be treated the same.

If you disagree because Twitter is a private owned company, there's some bakers out west that were thrown into financial ruin for expressing their first amendment right and were punished by the government.

Every newspaper, magazine and tv station exists without 230 exemptions. Twitter and Facebook existed as publishers and not left wing platforms for 15-20 years. They could choose to quit stifling conservative and anti-PRC voices or they can subject themselves to liability.

If you havent seen that interview right after twitter decided to fact check (and got it wrong to boot) the president, you can see he knows where this is headed. He was literally stuttering so badly he couldnt get a word out, knowing he had to be very careful with the words he said or else the end of 230 could happen. And it did happen. He clearly was not happy with what twitter did.
