My theory is he was a theif looking for copper in a neighborhood that has been robbed. Two idiots saw him running away, ran him down, pulled a shotgun, dude tried to take it and is dead

They should never have pulled a shotgun out. There is no justification for it.

In that case then you are saying those protesters in Michigan that were showing their guns should have had someone to bust them in the head and try to take it away? What justification did they have other than a legal right to do so?

Is it against the law to get out of a truck with your gun showing? If not why would a person need to justify it? The video was not very clear and I dont have the best eyes. So did you see the guy get out of his truck and move the gun in a threatening way? I didn't. Were they ******** for doing it...yes. But in this country you are still allowed to carry and show while still being a *******. Or would you be OK for a ******* test before being allowed to buy a gun? I'm not trying to goat you into a argument over this...

I believe the law is suppose to be right down the line for everyone. Black, white, red, any color. That includes stupid ******** and it shouldnt be shaped by the media or mob.

I’ve innocently popped in to check out a house under construction many times without the thought of being shot and killed, but I suppose that’s the luxury of being white. It’s too why we have police to investigate and not hang mobs.

Its probably conservatives who do it more. Liberals think people (other than themselves) should downsize to save the environment.

It just so happens to be the same "conservatives" that jumped on the Covington kids. Daily wire and national review crowd.

It's almost as if they aren't actually conservative, and wish to merely curry favor with the outrage mobs that hate them, as if it would win them any credit whatsoever, in hopes of being eaten last.

Additional footage acquired by WSAV3 Savannah, who claims it is him in the same home, this time at night back in October 2019.

I'll have to defer to our resident liberals as this is a sudden hobby of theirs, but how many times is normal for one sneak on to construction sites to admire the floor plan.. or whatever?

Slight confusion, you say WSAV3 Svannah, but the video clip says NEWS4JAX, which I would presume is WJXT Jacksonville. Doesn't really affect anything substantive, just wondering.

Since Brunswick is about halfway between, and Jacksonville is often jokingly called "the capital of South Georgia," it could easily have been either one, or maybe even something they shared.

You're right, the reporter seems like she works out of Jacksonville, but the clip is uploaded to WSAV Savannah's channel. I didn't know they were so close to one another.

I'm not obsessing over this case. So someone tell me please. Do the videos show this kid committing a crime?

Kid? I did not see any. The grown man, yes, about 8 to 10 seconds before he loses his life. When he attacked the man with the gun who was not threatening him...as far as I could see. Punching the man in the face, head and grabbing at his gun. Did you not see it in the video?

What happened before that really doesnt matter, unless there's statements or other video showing the grown man being threaten.

SO you are saying this man was so unbelievably brave and tough that he went after 2 men with guns because he thought it might be fun???? Think before you post... Fear makes you do desperate things.

Key part someone was there and they asked. Let me ask you a question, how many times have you had damage or stolen items in those 25 years? I started my company when I was a Sr in high school and while I dont run it any more its still going strong 42 years later. On a Sunday afternoon when no one is around I dont want anyone in a home I'm building that doesnt belong there. In those 42 years we had at least 100k in damage or stolen goods. Been sued 3 times from people tripping while they 'looked around'

So you are a idiot if you are ok with people just walking in while no one is on the site. One other question. Do they run away when someone walks in or sees them? If you think this guy was just checking out the floor plan...you are a bigger idiot than you think others are.

As for the last part, I agree with you on fear can make you do strange things. I just rewatched the video and the man had 10 seconds before he reached the truck. Fear or not most people that knows there are 2 people with guns in that truck and they have 10 whole seconds before getting to it....

AVOIDS the danger. I would guess 99.9% sure wouldnt go and attack a man with a gun if they were afraid and had other options. All 3 people made bad decisions but one thing I'm 100% sure on. All 3 would be alive today if Ahmaud Arbery, kept jogging and not chose to attack a man who had a gun. Fear doesnt dismiss that stupid action that lead to his death.

You’ve averaged roughly $200 of theft per month? Not too bad for a business that operates in the millions each year.

Here's a question for those of you that believe a murder was committed. Lets leave the what we think or assume was said or took place before the video starts.

My question is not based on what the media or mob thought they seen, heard or was told to think. I want anyone that watched the video, not the comments but just the video to tell me what they see? You dont know any other fact but what the video shows. You dont know why the truck is there or why the person is jogging.

Who committed a crime off what you see just in the video?

Funny how jogger has now been debunked and we are now at hey we all trespass on other people's property. Everyone knows he was looking for stuff to steal. Do you think he was looking for construction ideas for his new house he was building? LOL. It is going to be not guilty let the riots commence!

You can't kill someone because you think they stole something.

You can get killed trying to take a gun from someone.

It baffles me to how anyone that watched that video cant understand this man is not dead because those two idiots thought he was breaking into homes.

It might have been the thing that put them on a collision path. But this man would still be alive today and free to jog throughout that neighborhood, to look into other homes. If he didnt make the decision to attack a man, then to try and grab his gun from him while striking him.

If these people wanted to shoot and kill him for looking into homes or casing them out. They would have did it earlier. From what I read and seen they asked the man to stop and talk to them. He had the right to say no and I guess he did just that.

I would bet there is not a law in the state of Ga that says you can not follow someone you believe just committed a crime. I bet by law they could have drove right beside the man or behind him all the way across town even if they didnt think he did anything. Streets are public and carrying the guns was lawful. I havent read or seen one thing that shows or says they threaten this man...

asking someone to talk is not a threat. He clearly wasnt detained or he wouldnt have been jogging. This thing got out of hand when he decided to attack a man who had a gun. When this gets to a jury if they do their sworn duty. They will say self defense

I want to ask TigerBlue4Ever two thing. What would you have done as someone that carries a gun if a person bull rushes you. Hitting you with their fist and had their hands around the barrel of your gun trying to take it away from you? Would you believe your life was in danger if the attacker took the gun from you?

Thinking someone broke into a home and might have stolen something was 10 to 15 minutes before the shot that killed this man. If anyone got that from the video. They watched a different one than I did.

This isnt about responsible gun owner ship. It's not about making any other gun owner look bad. This has nothing to do with any other person than the attacker and the shooter. If any person who owns and carries a gun looks at the video and says they wouldnt be in fear of their life if this person took control of that gun.

Then those people are carrying their guns to make themselves feel better. Not for self protection.

If someone is following you and has a shotgun out are you going to just keep going on your way or will fight or flight kick in?

As I said before the Father and Son were indicted on Murder and locked up with no bail to avoid mob rioting. When they are exonerated they riots will happen. And New execs like Jeff Zuckersteingoldberman will revel in joy.

You dont average it over 42 years because after one major theft(20+ years ago)we took precautions by taking the work trailer away from the job site. Locks and chains were not good enough. While we still had damage and theft, mostly minor. Over the last 7 years each site is setup with cameras and flood lights. Summertime avg 1.5 trips/camera a week. Mostly kids that run away when the lights pop on. Cams and lights are so cheap that its easy to cover everything.

Can you point out at what point in the video was the jogger being followed or threatened by anyone with a shotgun? I see at least 2 homes he could have stopped at and we all should know by that point...he's not afraid to stop at a house and look around. Knock knock, can I use your phone to call the police? It ends there.

He had a good 50 yards before getting to the truck and what looks like field with trees on each side of the road. If he's afraid he takes off into one of those fields. Surely you dont think those in the truck are going to out run him?

His problem, he CHOSE to start a fight by hitting the man in the face and head while trying to take his gun. He had another choice that would have saved his life. Kept jogging. If the intent was to shot him dont you thing the man with the gun had time to do just that? The guy is jogging right towards the truck and the man with the gun.

It's very clear, perfect vision, even for me and my eyes are not as good as they use to be. The man did not shoot him time he put his hands on the barrel of the gun trying to take it away. This after beating him on the face and head.

Take all the emotion out of it and what the media and mob want to say happened. The video shows it just as I laid it out above. He should have made another choice....

no one was stopping him from jogging on down the road. That I could see. If there's a video out that that shows it different. I'm welling to change my opinions
