Somewhat related...ESPN's Jay Bilas has divided his top 68 teams into four tiers of NCAA tournament potential:

1. National Title favorites (10 teams)

2. Elite Eight possibles (10 teams)

3. Sweet 16 contenders (13 teams) - Houston at #27.

4. Somebody might do it, but everybody here had better get better (35 teams) - Wichita State #40, Cincinnati #41, Memphis #55.
