not sure why he would do prep school, when he can just go back to high school and do his senior year and take non core classes ... but from stock risers 2 hours ago, he is adamant he is doing college and remaining 2020

and my perspective (not saying yours is wrong) no one gives up on a senior year and all that comes with it to come be on the bench

also you just lost a TON of players, keith williams is the only upperclassmen guard youll have (maybe that grad transfer), and jadun is ranked higher than every other recruit you have coming in, and all but harvey last year ..not sure why youd want him to redshirt..there's a possibility he could be your 2nd best guard or atleast a rotational guard

I say bring in all 3 and let the RS work itself out.

We may have the scholarships available depending on Prince's status or if KW leaves (which I doubt). Prince could go on an academic scholarship since he may not be cleared to play high-level basketball again with his heart issues.

something interesting in all of this is the lack of memphis offers ..with multiple ships and a team in need of some roster upgrades to reach its goals.. gut feeling atleast 1 of their 3 targets is in the bag

There is talk on the Bearcat 247 board about coaches under-recruiting going forward in the age of the transfer portal. Rather than run into a Wichita situation, where there were too many in the same position competing for minutes, coaches will invest in their current roster. This keeps coaches and players happy.

Memphis is contacting some transfers though. At least according to 247.

Dead period was extended to May 31st today.

Dooley wanted Murphy but I'm thankful he lost out to Tulane. Murphy's a career 33% three point shooters over all his colleges, and worse the last 2 years including 28% in JUCO's. Basically a three point specialist that doesn't do much else positive than shoots below average from three on over 300 attempts in college and had a .481 true shooting last year too. Hard to believe he's really the answer to improve our #347th ranked three point percentage if we are playing the odds. If that's the answer I'd just run it back and start JJ Miles or keep what we got. At least they got continuity and chemistry with the coach and rest of the team and Miles is 6-7, not 6-2 and shot just as well. I don't think that guy would start on our team and Tulane could use him more.

kind of dissappointing with memphis..the seret commit was a juco... and not an elite one..
