I think Houston is now basically a lock shot of some crazy collapse.

I wouldn't say lock. 2-3 in Q1 and Q2 isn't great. And one of those wins could easily slide to Q3. This win will help though if they end up on the bubble

note memphis and wichita were both similarly ranked or worse in their non con last year... and got to top 50-ish.. high major rise in conference play easily

the worst acc team last year was pitt..they were 123 in the NET, with a 3-15 conference record, and the 305 ranked non-con sos

gtech isnt the worst acc team..gtechs best guard/player only played vs nc state..(and won) prior to hawaii..he is medically cleared now

south carolina was 140 last week and re already 92..not sure why you are making it seem like there isnt big jumps left and right

smu jumped 11 spots from last week despite going 1-2

gtech just blew out 2 top 120 net teams (hawaii, boise) in neutrals.. they are likely already half way their by next rankings

Yeah I think the league likely gets 4 in with the 3 mentioned along with one of UConn, Cincy or Temple likely being the other. Possibly more make it just depends what happens. If these 4 or 5 beat the rest of the league and split with each other they will all be sitting in decent shape and maybe on the right side of the bubble.

Cincy may be a long shot with 5 losses. They would have to go 13-5 in conference to get to 20 wins. NIT may be more likely.

It could be a three-way contest among UCF, UConn, & Temple. Johnny Dawkins has blown away everybody's predictions of mediocrity to date.

Watch out for 6-6 USF, only a game behind Cincy now. They're playing good basketball once again, and could make it back into the CBI or possibly the NIT.

Very hard for Temple to go far with Rose being an awful shooter (23 percent on three’s, 42 percent on two’s) being it’s featured player. Dre Perry (51 percent on three’s, 55 percent on two’s) is far superior player but stuck on the bench. Rose wouldn’t be starting for other AAC’s top teams.

The Tigers TCB by beating UNO by 42 points. It was weird watching the football game at FedEx at the same time as the basketball game.
