Nice win Houston, that will definitely help on the resume to hopefully get another bid for the conference.

I think Houston is now basically a lock shot of some crazy collapse.

Good win for Houston, and a fun game to watch.

Houston continues to improve. Still have lots to improve on, but a very good second half for the Coogs.

I wouldn't say lock. 2-3 in Q1 and Q2 isn't great. And one of those wins could easily slide to Q3. This win will help though if they end up on the bubble

Big win for Houston and the AAC. With the obvious Memphis and WSU tourney teams I believe that at least 1 if not 2 other AAC teams will be dancing. Who those other teams will be is anyone's guess. Lets see who gets hot in league play.

Houston SHOULD be able to play well enough to make it in. Temple, Cincy and UConn all have a chance to play themselves in also

on that same not South Carolina (to q1- top 75) and Gtech (to q2 -top 100) could slip up and likely will..though utep likely falls to q3

Coogs growing up. Fantastic move by CKS to keep Jarreau on the bench and trust his 5 star and freshman to control the pace.

Fabian White Jr played an important role. I would love to see Gorham become a bookend with White.

GT is VERY unlikely to jump from 156 to 100. South Carolina is up and down.. So who knows..

that was our key to solving the zone was basicallly giving all of dejon's minutes to caleb from the start of the game...

and letting fabin take lots of short midrange... glad we solved that puzzle before the tourney..

interesting gong forward is we don't play a good zone team for the rest of the regular season.. (only tulane and tulsa run zone... everyone else is pressure man to man )

Grats to the Cougs! High quality neutral court W. Should open up a spot for WSU to move into the top 25, which is more good news for the league.

Potential 4 invites if Memphis, WSU, Houston, and Temple can create some separation from the rest of the league and only have losses to each other in conference play.

Getting 4 is optimistic, but there's reasons to be optimistic.

I believe Grimes is starting to put it together. I dont think he will disappear for complete games anymore. Harris and Gresham (though not this game) have grown a lot as well. They are a true defensive presence. I have also noticed that UH does'nt really foul as much as they used to. They do get quite a few ticky-tacky foul calls on them, but they are really focused.

Houston and Temple are approaching that magic 30 NET rating. Means beating them at home would be Q1 which helps everyone out.
