Irrelevant. This guy, whistleblower or not, is a member of the intelligence agencies and as such is prohibited by law from doing this.

Its his lawyer. He is getting his expenses paid. Its on the non-whistleblower.

So, the IRS can't come after him because it wasn't him who started the fund. Yeah right, in what universe. That'll prove that he was the recipient of said money regardless of who started it because anonymous will not fly with the IRS.
