That picture was taken in early August and is all the guys who are academic seniors. Says nothing about who is returning for a fifth year.

A lot of shoes to fill on defense.

Got to fill pass rush next season. More transfers are gonna be needed.

For those with less knowledge, who are some of the players of concern walking with remaining eligibility?

Crist, Burdick, Evans, Trainer, Ripley, Parker, Purviance, Lowery all have had large to decent size roles this season. Nate Lewis as well but he’s been injured for the bulk of the year.

I said before the season we could be much better last year and not have a better record to show for it. I think there’s no doubt the team is better this year than last. Offensively it is night and day other than we really can’t throw the ball much better. Defensively we have had out moments and I think they are getting better now that Brown doesn’t have such loose coverage schemes. Same 4-6 record as last year right now and have been in all games except Jmu and uva. 6-6 would be a huge step forward for this program. Starts with 5-6.

Towson opens as a 4.5 point favorite

Weather may play a part in the game. Cold (mid-40s) and cloudy..that's fine for football but the big unknown is the wind
and rain that may be present. Forecasts are mixed on that.

Regardless, I see this team on the upswing and believe we have a good chance of beating Towson tomorrow.
