How about Trump liked the dude as a person but had some severe suspicions and reservations about the number of younger women around him, although he didn't have any smoking gun? That's what the facts--and not your thoughts--would seem to support.
In that situation, it would have been extremely risky to call it to the attention of law enforcement--slander, libel, invasion of privacy suits could and likely would follow.
I'm guessing that if you're like most people, you've had situations where you wondered if something might be going on, but had no facts to support your wondering. Trump was a private citizen when he made the comments, and I'm guessing something like that was the context.
At the end of the day, Bill Clinton's name appears on flight manifests, Donald Trump's has not so far. That being said, if he were eligible I would register democrat to vote for Bill Clinton in the primary against any democrat in the field.
