I am 5’3, 285fdlb fedora wearing fatty that slays legendary poon in Wichita, poon capital of KS.
Lol, good that said, I can have fun with you all day long now that you are in my realm. This is not Alaska or Kansas.
What makes you think I am unfamiliar with a weight room? Do you even lift, bro?
Because you post like a 13 -year old internet tough guy.
I prefer 405 lb deadlifts. It's my strongest lift. Two platters on each side & 225. I can rep out 8-10 reps squats and bench presses,
but I'm sure you can handle 10 plates on.each side
I prefer the cable machines for a more complex style than the standard meat head curls for the girls.

Unless you are using them as a finishing exercise or
the last couple weeks before a show when you're
not looking to induce a lot of muscle trauma.

They've popularized modern bodybuilding in the 1970s and what it's meaning has meant in the world of modern world of sports for common athletes.
Arnold literally created Bodybuilding for modern exposure.
Arnold was Conan the Barbarian. Lou Ferrigno was the Incredible Hulk. They both promulgated the idea of super Bodybuilding applied during both their times.

Actually it was Weiders, who employed Louie and Arnold.
Joe Weider is considered the "Father of Bodybuilding."
Nobody even knows who he is beyond anybody interested in bodybuilding.
Do they still sell Mega Mass? That was one of my funnest Weider products to consume. It was like straight Dextrose and Maltodextrin Carbs with Whey Protein Concentrate thrown in the middle, lol.
Can't forget about Dan Lurie either.
My first barbell set was made at Dan Lurie's factory in Brooklyn.

Traditional weight lifting does nothing without roids. If you wanna get jacked you have to think differently. That’s why I like Heinrich Grobel method. He has three books that have absolutely changed the way people build mass. No more roids, no more water logging. The secret lies in cable machines and steer semen.

Me too. I use black coffee & green tea as pre-workout & grass-fed 100% isolate whey protein mixed with fruits/berries, greek yogurt, nuts, seeds & veggies in a Vitamix blender when I need to (most days). I also cook most meals while incorporating joint/mobility/bone/collagen supplements, intermittent fasting, cold showers, sauna, yoga stretches, warm up mobility, etc. It keeps me fairly thin, flexible & healthy but if I still hit my proteins, carbs & fats I've developed a strategy that produces steady lean bulk gains and still preserves abdominal definition at 40 yrs of age. I'd say I'm in the best shape of my life. Not drinking much alcohol anymore also helps a lot.
