The Incredible Hulk was one of my favorite shows. I used to do push-ups every time he changed into the hulk when I was young.

Actually it was Weiders, who employed Louie and Arnold.

He obtained his objective for sports as we all recognize them today. That was his objective.

He introduced mainstream bodybuilding into common athletics training. It's a fascinating read. That's how you build a brand and why he became the highest paid actor in America.

Actually it was Weiders, who employed Louie and Arnold.

Joe Weider is considered the "Father of Bodybuilding."

Nobody even knows who he is beyond anybody interested in bodybuilding.

Do they still sell Mega Mass? That was one of my funnest Weider products to consume. It was like straight Dextrose and Maltodextrin Carbs with Whey Protein Concentrate thrown in the middle, lol.

Ferrigno will always be the Incredible Hulk to me. I was an 80's kid and still remember Friday nights: Hulk, Dukes of Hazard and Dallas. And of course, Saturday mornings with my cocoa pebbles and cartoons followed by Atari and playing outside.

I think smokers probably all feel defeated like has-beens, but you don't have to be.

From my study in Wellness in college we can recover from long-term smoking within a matter of months of cessation of long-term smoking. That's how resilient the human body is, and how you can get your's back.
