I'm all natural...just use Whey isolate and 5 grams of creatine powder daily
Me too. I use black coffee & green tea as pre-workout & grass-fed 100% isolate whey protein mixed with fruits/berries, greek yogurt, nuts, seeds & veggies in a Vitamix blender when I need to (most days). I also cook most meals while incorporating joint/mobility/bone/collagen supplements, intermittent fasting, cold showers, sauna, yoga stretches, warm up mobility, etc. It keeps me fairly thin, flexible & healthy but if I still hit my proteins, carbs & fats I've developed a strategy that produces steady lean bulk gains and still preserves abdominal definition at 40 yrs of age. I'd say I'm in the best shape of my life. Not drinking much alcohol anymore also helps a lot.
Usually try to carb cycle. This a low carb day.
Black coffee and H2O
Meal 1
8 egg whites
6 oz turkey breast
Meal 2
12 oz chicken breast
1 cup steamed broccoli
Meal 3
12 oz chicken breast
Meal 4

You know literally nothing about modern bodybuilding if you still use free weights and eat roid powder. You gotta read the Heinrich Grobel books on free lifting cable retraction. He has a supplemental book on boiled wood fibers and their effect on muscle relaxers for the bang of muscle development. The Grobel Method also helps fight against the tiny pee-pee side effects of free weight body building.

Body-building is one subject about which I prefer to remain blissfully ignorant. I've got better things to do than wallow in oil, flex, and look in the mirror. Better things to do than educate myself about weight-lifting, too, though I can imagine you'd find books about that to be really exciting. Finally, I don't understand your penultimate sentence (sorry, I know that's a big word, but...). Why are you waiting for me, and for what? If you think I'm going to kiss your artificially tanned ass or anybody else's, you're destined to be very disappointed. Woooo, the National Physique Association. Sounds like a really influential bunch of narcissists.

We eat Cocoa Puffs, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pancakes, and Pizza to get ourselves down to 3% Bodyfat for Competition. I bet you would know all about that discipline.
There's no shame admitting you are as ignorant as a 6-year old. It's obvious to all that you are pretty damn Stupid.

Apparently, a low-fat diet can lead to thin skin. Neither is it conducive to good health or endurance.
For men, according to Wikipedia, 3% body fat would fall at the low end of what is considered essential. To quote: "Essential fat is the level at which physical and physiological health would be negatively affected, and below which death is certain. The leanest athletes typically compete at levels of about 6-13% for men or 14-20% women." Too little body fat means a person has limited energy reserves. In other words, all show and no go.
Here's a challenge: leave the lowlands, come out to Colorado, and try to summit one of our 14,000-foot mountains. At 3% body fat, you simply couldn't do it. Before long, you'd be begging for Cocoa Puffs, chocolate chip cookies, pancakes, and pizza.
In the final analysis, it isn't muscle definition or what you look like in the mirror that's important, it's how you perform.

So you are absolutely clueless. You do realize Bodybuilders have an offseason, like any athlete, or are you REALLY that clueless? Did Wikipedia teach you about water manipulation and subcutaneous tissue water retention? Perform like this at 3% Bodyfat? Since you are an expert on steroids, what drugs do you suggest for managing paper-thin skin?
Heres a challenge: Leave the lowlands of Colorado. I don't need CO. I just hiked Mt.
Aleskya in Alaska. Leave your CO Rockies grandma's house. Come to Alaska, and hike a real man's mountain like us. The CO Rockies are child's play.
RE: Arnold Shwarzenneger vs. Lou Ferrigno. They built the foundation.
So I guess I_Love_Memphis is the board meathead.
Thats badass dude.
I know a ton of guys and women that compete in bodybuilding and powerlifting. Its a pretty intense sport.
I love lifting weights. Im not the best with diet but have a respectable bench. My 47 year old back is telling me thats its probably time to stop DL heavy..plus my form has always kindof sucked on DL.
RE: Arnold Shwarzenneger vs. Lou Ferrigno. They built the foundation.
I'm no meathead, I'm an old meatball and 15 years removed from competition. I just lived it for about 10 years. At your age, which I intend experiment with, is "The Fountain of Youth." Human Growth Hormone. It's no coincidence Sylvester Stallone made a comeback with Rambo and Rocky Movies and he's 72 years old still trucking along. And he got busted for importing HGH from in Australia about 15 years or so ago, lol. He's pretty jacked for a 72-year old, lol. You can see the HGH in all of his bony growth. His hands, his cheek bones, his gut, structurally he looks nothing like he did in his youth. Gotta just supplement and keep an eye on that stuff. It's the hormone that creates permanent growth in our bones and organs as pubertal teenagers. Used responsibly, it's God's gift to the elderly. Abused, and well, turn out disfigured with excess bone and organ growth.
It's also why modern Bodybuilders don't have skinny wastes like the Bodybuilders during Arnold's era like him and Frank Zane. Today, their wastes look "blocky" and not aesthetic. That's the prevalence of HGH abuse in modern Bodybuilding that didn't exist back in Arnold's day.
RE: Arnold Shwarzenneger vs. Lou Ferrigno. They built the foundation.
If you've ever done your own construction or home improvements, then Dianabol provides that same instant gratification in the Gym as Painting. It's the pharmaceutical reality of all the BS Creatine Manufacturers try to sell you on.
I personally wouldn't go as far as Arnold said "getting a pump is like cumming." But he was Marketing himself to go on to become the highest paid actor in Hollywood,
lol. But you don't want to leave the Gym. Your muscle Glycogen is so swollen with water intake your pumps are addictive and you never want to place down a weight. Sometimes the pumps are so great they kinda' hurt.
