I understand worrying about being a ‘jinx’, but statistically I feel confident in saying that in sports, turnout or attendance tends to correlate positively with a team’s performance (all else being equal).

Oregon holds on for a 77-68 win.
Next week Oregon State gets another shot at Oregon, this time at home. That’s a winnable game for them.

Rice hosts FAU at 2pm, Baylor hosts Oklahoma at 7pm. Both games look like big mismatches on paper.

I'm adding the total losses note too because Gonzaga was just beaten at home by BYU to drop them into a tie for Rice in the 3-loss teams. And several 3-loss teams lost to drop out of this list.

2 loss teams - UConn, Louisville, NC State, Mississippi State
