Try winning and not starting games down 28-0 holes if you want people to stay in the freaking stands.

Yall can say whatever you want. Half full stands loom like crap on TV and to guests. I bring in new people each week. Hard to explain away the half full (at best) stands. Our fans need to do better. We aren't having THAT bad of a season. Evern if we are...its our first one. Fans with kids....I get it. But to say I'm judging specific cases is BS. Our fans are slacking. That's a fact.

My voice is gone, broke my phone in the excitement and ripped my crotch! This win ranks up there with Heinicke's historic day vs. New Hampshire when we came back from like 24 or so points to win that game.

The mass exodus occurred at half time when it was 28-10 just because it was half time. I remember thinking “we’re still in the game”. Especially in a college game.

Shouldn't they be more concerned with how their team looked? I mean scoring only 3 points in a half against one of the worst defensive teams in the country.

I like the outcome of the game but the refs really sucked. Fulgham, Duhart, and Harper were getting hold a lot and two late hits on LaRussa never called. Not sure if you could hear it on the radio or TV but there was a lot of booing in the 4th quarter.

Strong isn't the answer at running back for us. They need to figure out a role for him other than the starter at RB. Derek Wilder got a noteworthy stat on the fake punt he rushed for the first down.

Ya. Our section saw a blatant horse collar on that catch and tackle around the 5 yard line on Harper I think, was a lot of booing at that ref. They let em play more as the game went on and thugs settled down but they developers their whistles often.

I almost left like 5 times but I just kept telling my kid 5 more minutes. He was cold so he got 2 hot chocolates and now he's still awake but he was excited at the end and glad he stayed.

I spoke to a guy and his kid as we were waiting to cross Hampton Blvd and the kid was so excited about the game. It was really an epic comeback. I just dont understand why our defense can't always play like that 2nd half. Even with all the mistakes along the way we were still able to pull it off. Blake looked a little off on some throws but came through when it mattered. Also great game plan not scoring the last TD until third down so we could run out the clock.

If the guy had the kid on his shoulders that was me. But it seems like there is a lack of focus or something to rally around. VT it was obvious they were focused and the drive was there. This game I didn't want to leave after that incident with the spitting. It was like there is a new team on the field.

Wilder said Thursday that BL has a shoulder issue with his throwing arm that may need attention after the season. Honestly, I don't know what that means.

After halftime, I noticed a bunch of the guys more fired up than usual, including a bunch of them bouncing and dancing to ice cream and cake.

Frozen but ecstatic!!!

Had a humorous moment tonight with little to do with the game but a lot to do with how we all feel about the amateurish production we put on during games.

We had just closed it to 31-24 and as I was stepping out of the porta john to listen if we had kicked off yet, I could hear, ALL AT ONCE:

1. Ankserson warbling on about something
2. The band playing
3. Despisito playing over the PA system for what must have been the 10th time tonight.

I stayed until the end, almost always do; however, when 7 and 52 (I believe) got the unsportsmanlike penalty after a huge 3rd down stop that gave NT the first down I was so close to leaving but for some reason didn’t.

Then the Field Judge made one horrible call (push off on 7 that brought back the TD) and one horrible no call (I believe it was 15 that got hit way early but no PI) that really had me steaming.

It was cold, I was under dressed, but I’m glad I stayed to see it.

Where has that second half D been this year?

Even my mom cracked up at desposito blaring at that moment. Our pa game is absolutely atrocious and I'm just waiting till the audio controls are in the same physical location before I voice my concerns to odu. If it's still this bad with new stadium and I'm listening to genuine or backstreet boys while the band is playing and the announcer is saying something and we are snapping the ball I'll be very disappointed.
