They barely seemed like they cared.

Between the almost totally empty Stadium for the comeback and the apathetic announcing, it was sadly indicative of the program right now.

I’m hoping this wins is a program changer but my guess is it was just a fluke like the rest of our wins this season lol.

Just came back from the game. I hope all the people who left early learned their lesson. The defense was a different team in the second half. I give them credit for recovering from the excessive celebration penalty which was total BS. I also think the fake FG by NT really helped us. It’s been a tough year but each win has been unforgettable!

Thrilled I was there ... for the whole damn thing!

I left early. My kids were cold. We came home and watched the end on the computer. I don’t regret it. I’m sorry I suck as a fan.

You can't fault anyone for leaving after getting beat 51-17 the game before then starting 28-0 in this one on a cold night. I bet if #4 had not spit in the face of Duhart this game would have had a different ending. It is a shame that it takes something that bad to fire them up and start playing. You have to wonder why wasn't 2-7 wasn't bad enough.

Our coach is Bush league. The way the team has played in all but 3 games this year is Bush league. The only way we as fans have a way to show displeasure is not show up or drop donations. People ***** and moan if other fans talk about lowering donations and not showing up. So your saying we should never show/ voice displeasure or were not really fans.

Also during the radio broadcast they said even during all the losses at least the team never gave up and that's how they came back tonight. That's complete BS. The team gave up during the liberty, FAU, Marshall and Fiu games. Take bout being a homer.

Say what you want. What I saw was a bunch of baby fans who left at first sign of trouble. Seats were 70% at best anyway for the game. Spoiled.

I’ve been to allot colder FB games and the weather forecast was spot on. I didn’t mean to start an argument. You just never know what’s gonna happen and we need your support. I like these 3:30 games because it really doesn’t interfere with anything. The games over and you go get dinner.

When I was younger, I used to judge fans who left games early. Now, as I get older, I have a much better understanding that I have no idea why others leave and no right to judge. Some left because their kids were cold. Some left because it was 28-0. To each their own.

I stayed for the entire game and guess what? I could care less who stays and who goes. People do what they want. Can't control what others do so don't worry about them.
For myself, I'm really glad I stuck it out, that's all that matters.

Just got home. Stayed to see one hell of a comeback and a super win. Some of you might remember my pick was ODU 41, UNT 31. Maybe some of you other guys could use some good old fashioned optimism. You would be amazed how good it feels. I'll be hoarse for a week, but loving every minute of it. Go Monarchs!

But, hey, it was 28-17 when I left because of my cold kids. If you want to call me a terrible fan, that’s your prerogative.

Oh come on... when people leave early it looks like crap on TV and shows a lack of support for the team. The NT board comments allude to the fact that the nearly empty stadium looked terrible.

You can say whatever you want, but we need fans in the stands if we ever expect to become a more well known team. Most of us have kids, friends and relatives and feel the cold weather. No one is judging anyone, but a nearly empty stadium looks terrible and everyone who left contributed to that.
