Sounds to me like this guy bought into the false image of Trump presented by the left.

That's certainly an interesting way to spin it.

Sounds like he's not the only one who buys it.

So tell me about the evidence for Trump as a white supremacist. Bonus points for doing it without quoting a left wing blog.

There is evidence that the language Trump uses and statements he makes inspire white supremacists and racists. He could change that if he wanted to.

What his enemies call dog whistles is not evidence.

Which is truly astounding. You think this guy was watching MSNBC and getting his analysis there? Or was he, you know, listening to what Trump was saying?

RE: Why do all these racists keep joining the GOP?
lad, do you see the absolutely huge hole of causation you have in your statement in post #80?

Look up the definition of 'proximate cause', then review your proof and your statement.

'He says stuff' followed by 'he can change what he says' (in the way that you proffer it above as proof positive) is pretty much the far left hand side of a (really fing shallow, mind you) bell curve.

In that mind, the comment 'What his enemies call dog whistles is not evidence' is dead spot on.

As for the screed 'What do you make of evil doers citing trump for inspiration', well beats the fk out of me. What do you make of Obama citing Reverend fking Wright for inspiration? The problem with your arm-flapping is what you seemingly always do: 'why do white supremacists align with the Republicans?' Time after time after fking time.

Beats the fk out of me why some sickos align with republicans, or why some wack fking nuts claim they are inspired by trump, or why the asshat who tried to fking blow away the House republican baseball team was inspired by *your* side, or why do *your* asshats think that beating up prayer meetings in Portland is oh-so copacetic.

Put a fking can on that message. It is getting old. Or just save yourself some typing and put in 'Orange man bad. Everything.'

What Trump said about the attacks: These attacks were "monstrous" and 'evil" "terror" attacks by a "small group of people with serious, serious problems".

What Kristen Gillibrand said: "Time and again, this President has embraced and emboldened white supremacists - and instead of condemning racist terrorists, he covers for them."

Which one gives the impression that Trump is a white supremacist? Does Gillibrand's words reflects Trump's at all accrately?

If you guys go around saying he is a Nazi, don't act surprised when a real nazi agrees with you.

when that Sanders supporter tried to kill all those Republicans at the baseball field, was it because he believed all the things Sanders had to say about Republicans?

Well I do see that AtEase has surpassed even his own myopism. In his 'fervor' to emphasize the the 'Trump' aspect, Ease utterly 'forgot' (quotes intentional) to note the hate of capitalism, free markets, and free trade but the love of the Communist Chinese government, and of his worry about global warming and ****.

AtEase does his usual 'whack a mole' appearance here, with the prototypical anti-anything progressive zeal. But this time he actually went a step further -- in order to emphasize the 'anti-Trump' spin he utterly 'forgot' (quotes intentional again) to mention the other branches of this loon, which more readily identify with Bernie Bros. to be honest. At this point, I am finding Ease to be pretty much utterly dishonest both in content and in presentation.

In retrospect, the NZ loon's list of rambling political agendas kind of makes lad's squawking about a 'unique spin' even that much more true --- but probably not in the manner that he really wants it though.

Here is a background in the NZ dude....

Since you cited this medium article and quoted the author’s words, you must also agree with him that Trump is racist. After all, the author also wrote “He takes the racist rhetoric of Donald Trump and mixes it with Marxist rhetoric about the poor workers of the world.” The author you’re referencing clearly states that Trump uses racist rhetoric.

Or is only a certain part of that article factual?

Before I'm willing to discuss or answer the question, please establish the proper predicate by substantiating your allegation that "all these racists" are "joining the GOP."

I am citing the article for what the manifesto says. Stop with the strawman **** lad. Good fking god. I'll cite a National Review article on it if you wish. I am sure you will fking ignore their comments on Trump then, right?

The reason I *cited* this one was specifically because the author is 'lean very strongly anti-Trump' in his *opinion* (important distinction between opinion and fact son.) I thought that his 'lean' would keep those inherently and viscerally 'Orange man bad' (like you) from automatically discounting the synopsis.

So lad, what is your take on AtEase's comments on this in light of this very obvious fellow 'orange man bad' recount of this tome?

And yes, this is the same fking **** that OO called you out on. I made the stupid assumption that your 'glad you are concerned now' was a typo or misstatement, and that your follow up on 'how do you feel about racism' wasnt a fking 'gotcha' load.

Perhaps I gave you too much leeway.

I suggest that you go read the manifesto. I have. The link to it I was using on scribd got pulled. Come back to us with your take on it, son. It is quite the interesting mishmash of environmentalism, paean to some weird ass supposed conservatives I have never heard of, a hatred of firearms, hatred of capitalism and free enterprise, a love of Communist China, a boatload of references to pure nationalism, another boatload of references to racism, references to Trump.... those are facts.

God you must be thick to make the stupid ass assumption that a cite to an article is a show of support for every fing opinion in it. Either that or in extreme arm-flapping mode.

Yeah, sure is stupid to question if there’s a correlation between Trump’s statements and people committing acts of violence that admit to be inspired by his statements.

Being that you referenced mostly dead people, we can’t exactly discuss how they could change their language to reduce the chance some whacko does something stupid because of it. For Trump, we can evaluate whether his statements create an environment that encourages this type of behavior, and it sure seems like it does. He calls the press the enemy of the people. He condones violence against protestors. He talks about immigrants invading our country. And on, and on. These are inflammatory things to say that appear to be inflaming existing tensions and inspiring whackos to take action. If this was a single, isolated incident and Trump didn’t have a history of saying things that made avowed white supremacists happy, then it would be stupid to suggest his statements are inflammatory. But that’s not the case. Let’s do a mental exercise. What if during Obama’s term we had seen a rash of violence against wealthy individuals as he kept talking about the rich not paying their fair share? Would it have been stupid to suggest that his rhetoric was contributing to those attacks?

Regardless of his intent, dude has needed to take a chill pill with how he talks for a while, and the NZ shooting is another example that reinforces that (e.g. his comment only a few hours after about invading immigrants).

Rachel Maddow Jr mode has surfaced. Given that 'Trump must chill because of NZ', given the text of his manifesto why arent you jumping up and down and flapping your wings about Warren and Bernie shutting the fk up about the evils of capitalism? Or has the myopia to blame this *entirely* on Trump risen that fast to the front of your vision field?

You are using *quite* the..... ehhh.... 'selective'..... filter on this incident. Imagine that.

Usual leftist response - put a muzzle to speech.

What are the things he said to make white supremacists happy?

You can’t just go around citing propaganda as fact.

Put a muzzle to free speech? Lol. Typical rightest response - get triggered over someone suggesting that somebody else think before they speak.

One can (and should) criticize Trump for all manner of things but fallacious argument (post hoc ergo propter hoc) is still fallacious.

Should the next murderer who appears to be from the left end of the spectrum be deemed "inflamed" by Maxine Waters? Or can the next synagogue massacre (wherever it may occur on the globe, no less) be pinned on Ilhan Omar?

Appropriating other people's dead in a hurried striving to score little political gotcha points is indecent (to put it lightly) and should have been beneath the liberal commenters here.

Well said.

I guess the members of the finger-pointing tribe missed ths when I posted it earlier.

Good example

“This, right here, is a result of a massacre stoked by people like you and the words that you put out into the world,” one student told Clinton. “And I want you to know that and I want you to feel that deep down inside. Forty-nine people died because of the rhetoric you put out there.”

I guess this means Chelsea is another like Trump, blowing dog whistles for her friends in the white supremacy movement.

Typical leftist response - I will defend your right to speak your mind, unless I don't like what you say, and in that case, STFU.
