go to Arkansas...get the hell beat out of you...finish towards the bottom of the SEC...or go to Memphis....finish first in your division...and go to a bowl game.
Is it really that hard of a decision?

If he wanted to go to the NFL he would have chosen Memphis
If he wanted to win games and go to bowls he would have chosen Memphis
If he wanted to go to a NYD6 Bowl or CFP then he would have chosen Memphis, {admittedly our CFP odds are low, but they are ahead of Arkansas')

If he wanted to get a degree and be a legend in his home town he would have chosen Memphis.

The only thing he gains by choosing Ark over Memphis is he can say "i play in the sec" ... oh and he can learn to call the hogs 03-lmfao
HOGS? To me they will always be “Pig People” sleeping with Li’l Abner.

not a hard decision at all. more money, better facilities, better training table, better travel accommodations, playing in sec stadiums...

the three closest to memphis are all **** holes

Never thought about it but that is true.

Alabama and TXA&M and Florida and LSU and Georgia and Auburn and even South Carolina and Tennessee have big time stadiums.

Mississippi, Moo, Vanderbilt, Arkysuck...not so much. But they do get to play more road games in places like Gainesville.

You may want to think again about Arkansas' facilities...

Losing sucks. What's worse than losing? Losing and having to yell pig sooie. My guess is he'll regret it unless there is a girl involved.

Yes, obviously those who do not agree with your opinion are apologists of another school. Good to know you are a Tenner apologist by your own standards since you spoke positively of their stadium... 04-bs

I have no love for the Piggies, but to say they don't have great facilities and a great stadium, is simply not true.

It use to be called “land of opportunity” but they figured after 50+ years it just didn’t fit with reality.

For players interested in football we have multiple advantages over Ark, it is interesting that some of our fans have grabbed on to one incorrect statement that they have inferior facilities.

The fact is that we have to get the truth out to local players to help them and ourselves. Believing that the bottom level sec programs are a better option than Memphis is faulty thinking brought on by a lack of pride in our school and community

The $EC has mastered the $100 handshake though. Go to an event and shake about 10 boosters hands and it will leave an impression.

I never said it was better to be at Arky (or any lower lever), SEC program, than Memphis.

I simply said that Arky has really nice facilities. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Which is good for usually playing one of the top teams AAC teams. It what it is. I'm really down on our football program to where I dropped our season tickets more in protest of the policies of the former AD but the new bunch has done nothing to win me back and it appears thousands more bit if they just brush up with being decent the stadium will have 70k plus like always. Let me know when Memphis gets to that point.

Don't let the door hit you on the ass. We would beat your hogs by 3 touchdowns.
