I've seen plenty of the marchers say that was their goal. Bunch of videos that have been posted on this site show them do so. All you have to do is watch and listen. Maybe not all of them but don't delude yourself into thinking the AR 15 isn't just the start. When they go after a weapon used in a miniscule amount of murders you can bet it's the first step because anyone with any sense knows banning the AR 15 will have zero impact. None. There are plenty of rifles out there that are basically the same rifle. They just have wooden stocks and don't look scary. Style over substance.

The poster as I was replying to was talking about a repeal of the second amendment. That's not what Hogg is advocating.
