RE: 2/15 AAC Basketball Games
When my daughter graduates with a degree in nursing in May I'm going to owe UConn $125,000. If they don't fire Ollie at the end of the season I'm going to sit with a sign in front of the main office that says fire Ollie 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

How did CBSSN get the Cincy-Houston game? What a coup.

I don't think there is any mistaking it, this is our most difficult game in 2 months. Need to come out on a mission. Houston will be ready.

Flagship took the ESPN2 slot.

RE: 2/15 AAC Basketball Games
This will definitely be UC's toughest game in a while but I think UC matches up very well with Houston though with the size and quickness on the perimeter. Keep Evans on the floor and take care of the ball and I think UC should be fine.

I do think it is interesting though to compare the two teams vs last year. Houston is obviously much improved this year and their KenPom efficiency shows it (17.68 vs 13.61), but the gap between the two teams is actually greater this season vs last (11.64 vs 8.57).

I'm hoping for a cougar to cement their standings and get another AAC team in the top 25. I'm also hoping for a temple win to give us 4 bids and wsu to sweep both Cincy games for reasons. Good matchups today. And hopefully a UConn loss will be another step closer to Ollie's exit.

RE: 2/15 AAC Basketball Games
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be irritated as hell as a bunch of 1st timers show up to the UH game tonight, they won't know where to park, or where the parking lot entrance is for that matter, then they'll be wandering aimlessly around the arena looking for their "assigned" seat in the Gen Admin section and just basically gonna slow everyone down getting to the game. Sheesh!

I better leave the office extra early today to beat the riff raff deciding to finally attend a basketball game.

HOLY CRAP! Is that how much college costs these days ? DAMN!

(FWIW, I only went to local community college. The rest of my technical and vocational education came from OJT on job sites, working all-nighters for free, and screwing up.)

IMO, CBSSN needs to step up their game and become more than just a high end tier cable network.

In other words, I wish they would get on more basic cable packages like FS1 and the 4 letter monopoly.

Then again, I don't even own a TV, so why should I care, lol ?!

I'm hip enough on my cable tv bill that I'm not willing to spend the extra to add 100 more channels just so CBSSN appears in the list. 03-hissyfit

College is expensive... but some are more than others, and in-state vs out of state makes a huge difference.

ECU:

Full-Time IN-State (12+ Hours)

Tuition: $7,143 per year
Standard Room: $5,366 per year
Standard Meal Plan: $4,003 per year
TOTAL: $16,512 per year

Full-Time OUT of State (12+ Hours)

Tuition: $23,420 per year
Standard Room: $5,366 per year
Standard Meal Plan: $4,003 per year
TOTAL: $32,789 per year

I thought "HOLY CRAP!" too, but for different reasons. Nurses make good money. She should be helping her dad pay off HER student loans.

(Not to mention Stookey will have more funds available for BC/CCSU donations.)

Nurses are ALWAYS in demand, too.

It appears I will be hunting and switching to the most competitive game tonight. It is unfortunate that all three games air at the same time.

ESPN way overvalued that sunken flagship.

Yikes. I can empathize. My daughter graduated from nursing school last year and it was expensive, but not nearly $125K. She works now in ICU and attends grad school (which also empties my wallet) in the Nurse Practicer program.

Against a team with ten losses.lol Oh how the mighty have fallen!!!!!!!

That 10 loss team is under consideration for an NCAA Tournament at-large bid. It’s also a team that gave Cincy their closest win of the year and probably should have won it.

That was payday-esque fail.

NO Sir, beating UC in Cincy is a statement game, not beating Temple at home. You, sir had a C0|db|00ded failure.03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao
