Win out, get home field to Frisco and then the fun begins.
Whether JMU is a favorite or not in the last 2 games, the game with Richmond could be trouble. By the time we play them, they will either have been eliminated from the playoffs or they will be fighting to make it. Either scenario is dangerous. If JMU did not have such a staunch defense, I would be more concerned. I think we will hit Kyle early and often. That being said, it's still Richmond and they can still be dangerous.
Playing a 4-5 UR team will mean they have a little less to fight for than that 5-4 team. I’ll take the 4-5 team. They probably won’t be ranked regardless, so I say play the more beatable team at that point.
VU beating them will do more for us since they’re still ranked and will stay so with the UR win.

Richmond will not beat us unless our secondary plays with their hands tied behind their backs.

Had my $$ on Deez for the first reply to that one, but definitely had you to place. Toss-up for the "show", but probably would've gone for Wear Purple.

Any of the Dakota's would be difficult.
Pretty surprising IMO 3 of the 4 best 1AA teams are in the Dakota's.
Don't forget about Ill State. I think they may very well be the second-best team in the Mo Valley the way they are playing right now. Bad loss to S. Ill (5 turnover margin) a few weeks ago, but shut out Youngstown Saturday, 35-0 and beat S. Dakota pretty convincingly the week before to wreck the Coyotes undefeated record.

Looking at the rankings, I had the same thought. How are there enough players to go around? I know they draw some players from beyond the Dakotas and surrounding states and I know they don’t have the nearby FBS teams to compete with, but still...
Fun fact - NOVA’s population is larger than North Dakota and South Dakota...combined...by a lot.

Dem are sum corn fed boys. Only the strong DNA survive in that environment. No coddling allowed. No other explanation.

Count the number of FCS and FBS schools within a short drive of Harrisonburg and compare to Fargo--there's your answer.

North Dakota State's roster lists 113 players, of which 22 (19.5%) are from North Dakota and 6 (5.3%) are from South Dakota, which is just under 25% combined. Minnesota has more players than the Dakotas combined, with 33 (29.2%).

If Minnesota improves more, you’d think that ndsu’s recruiting power starts to fade in their backyard. They’ve benefited from a consistently terrible gopher team.

Just got my tickets for the Elon game in the mail. Good seats actually. Section 110 between the 40's. Kinda surprised about that.

When we were out there for the semis last year, the fan base we met talked about FBS Minn and the NFL Vikings. I was surprised by their apparent connection with all things Minnesota.

Well if you are in Fargo and want Moorhead, you can walk there.
