When next does an AAC team play K-State or KU?
I would love to play Kansas again. Usf had a home and home with them about 10 years ago and both games were terrific. I believe the one at rayjay both teams were top 15 or so as well. Kansas fans were very pleasant

We didn't play KU this year, but did the last 2 seasons, H&H starting in Lawrence in 2015. We beat them 55-23 there, and 43-7 at home. No more scheduled for us.

No expecting a phone call from them anytime soon lol

Ha, I started to say that. They weren't eager to renew. Our AD said recently that we are playing ourselves out of most H&H P5 opportunities. Everybody wanted to play us when we were down, duh.

Instead of clamoring so much against a fellow conference member rank you should be more upset against those outside of conference.
Memphis wins west they will want the highest ranked UCF or USF team possible.
You guys are just the most obvious example since we are both consider outside the P5. Don’t get sensitive on me here. I am just baffled at these voters.
I’m not sensitive about it. USF is were we are because of last years success and what we returned which gave us a leg up with preseason ranking
I didn’t create that. As I said there are even bigger targets such as Wisconsin at #6
I root and I want as many AAC teams ranked and I figure UCF next year will get same benefits as USF got this year with a High preseason ranking
Now is not the time to try to diminish each others rankings. Just go with it and hope they all go up before the last conference game. If USF's ranking goes up that will only help UCF if we beat you and vice versa.
Eh, let them have at it. It's not like anything said on this forum can actually diminish anyone's rankings, LOL.
I guess you don't believe in the "butterfly effect". lol

Geez man is this not getting through to you. Wisconsin is a P5. I already know their ranking is a joke but they get benefit of the doubt from voters because they play in a P5. USF is the example I am using because Memphis has a good resume for a non power 5. We should at least be ranked in both polls by now if you look at our body of work compared to other non P5s in the rankings.
Not rooting against you just trying to say Memphis should get the benefit of the doubt in these rankings as a non-P5.
#5 Wisconsin has to be the biggest joke in the rankings...
Wins vs:
Utah State
FAU
BYU
Northwestern
Nebraska
Purdue
Maryland
Remaining Schedule:
Illinois
Indiana
Iowa
Michigan (NR/#25)
Minnesota
Dodged Michigan St, Penn State, and Ohio State...
RIDICULOUS.
The worst part of this is that USF was to host Wisconsin this year, but it got moved to 2019. Michigan State was also on our schedule for this season, but they bought out of it.

USF is where we are because we haven't lost a game in over a year. This includes wins over navy, Memphis and ucf as well as South Carolina who look decent this year.

Watch the refs in this game. Navy won't get a break. Hide and watch.
AAC officials.
As a football independent, the visiting team's conference officials are always used for ND home games.

Can you guys enjoy things or is it always a dick measuring contest with us?
I have none of the passion you have for us, this is likely the first time this game has mattered at all other than the year we had the chance to deny you the bcs game. Every other game has been completely meaningless. How one can pretend there is a fierce rivalry given those conditions is very forced.
Its great that all 3 of us are ranked, though it doesn't really matter at this point. There are no other contenders for the NY6 in the G5, Memphis will make the final and barring a collapse the winner of usf ucf will get the other spot. Whoever wins that goes to Atlanta. No matter what happens none of us will make the playoff, even a 3 loss Clemson (or Bama, though them losing 3 is about as unlikely as an aac team in the playoff) likely finishes ahead of us.
Just enjoy the season and keep winning.
I don't post often and don't want to start a big to-do (I don't come around often enough to participate in a big to-do anyway), but you guys must have some serious denial or amnesia going on over there in west Florida to ask this question.
Regardless, since you ask, here you go -- Andrea Adelson will explain a lot of the reason: It's on: USF vs. UCF
An awful lot of UCF fans and alumni have very unpleasant memories of USF that go a lot deeper than mere success or failure against you guys on the field or on the court. As a whole, a lot of us don't like you because you tried to hinder the growth of our program. To many, this was (and continues to be) an unforgivable, hostile act on your part.
These are generational fan grudges that don't just go away in a handful of years.
Even though we are now conference brethren and will fight alongside you for the good of the AAC, we are always going to want to stick it to you and lord things over you when we can, and we will always measure our dicks against yours anytime ours is longer. We're going to needle the hell out of you if we beat you at tiddlywinks.
Coming from a generally genial UCF alum, my opinion is that you're just going to have to put up with dick comparisons at every turn from UCF and accept that this is the way things are at this point in time and for the foreseeable future.
See you on Black Friday -- after which we hope to see you again in Birmingham. On TV.
LOL. Good thing he doesn't post much, is usually genial, and doesn't want to stir thinks up here.
LOL What you don't realize is how much worse it could have been. I was soft-pedaling this post, actually.
