It could've easily gone that way for me. I've never seen a Tiger team quit in 50 years, laughing about it and saying F the coach in public as they made their intentions official. That is not a team I would've cared anything about watching. Fortunately, I won't have to. I'm sure Tubby's actions played a role as did a number of other circumstances, but you don't quit on your team -- not like that.

Nick King decided he no longer wanted to be on the team just like those guys did, but unlike at least a few of them, he waited until the season was over. Anyone with integrity or principles does. Some people on here identify more with the Lawsons. I identify more with Nick and even more with Jeremiah and Jimario.

We don't have Memphis tough players anymore. Joe Jackson was the last one. I blame Pastner for that and my lack of interest.

Yeah, I was probably as down on Pastner as anyone, but it's hardly ever as cut and dried as that. For one thing, he didn't write that contract. He also didn't hire Keelon. There's plenty of blame to go around, but do we need to get back to the Memphis brand of basketball. I agree with that 100%

I identify most with Clergeot and Crawford.
