RE: Warren, Kaine, Castro on Clinton running-mate short list
If being the mayor of San Antone qualifies him why not our incumbent mayor of El Paso. He's just as incompetent. And a Demoncrat.

Why? What has he done for the country? The only benefit in the Demons eyes is that he's hispanic. That still won't make me vote for Killary. Since the Demons are going the socialist route little by little why doesn't she just get Bernie as her running mate. She'll get the young, idle, living in their parents homes votes.
Edit: Hillary wont' get my vote. Bernie got support from quite a few of us older, working Americans who are tired of the status quo and politics as usual and a system which seems designed to keep the comfortable comfortable and the rest pointing fingers at each other.
By the way, there are a thousands of us veterans who support him. You should, too, sir.

Too young and inexperienced. I don't think he's ready for prime-time. Kaine is the safe choice.
Julian Castro:
- San Antonio City Council
- San Antonio Mayor
- Secretary of Housing and Urban Development
he's young, smart, and has been fully vetted.
he's perfect for VP.
Is he ready for the spotlight? Not sure.

Why? What has he done for the country? served his community as Mayor, and served his country as HUD secretary (a cabinet position) One benefit for the Democrats is that he's hispanic. fixed your post, and I agree. That still won't make me vote for Killary. that's not the point Since the Demons are going the socialist route little by little why doesn't she just get Bernie as her running mate. there is little benefit to losing a democrat Senator during a fight for the Senate She'll get the young, idle, living in their parents homes votes. so college kids living at home shouldn't get a vote?

Did I say that momma's boys shouldn't get the right to vote?
You're wanted in the stock room, go there.
And…who placed him at HUD? Right, you do know the answer. Remember we have Clintons daughter in government too and what experience did she have?
As for him being hispanic the only votes that Killary will get because of this are the same people that will vote for her anyway.

Madam President Chelsea will keep America great after Hillary serves two terms, and Julian Castro serves two terms.

Was that a personal attack? I didn't see it that way. As a matter of fact I was empathizing with your predicament. Didn't I say that I feel for you? That's being empathetic.
I learned that in college. Not much else, but it serves me well. I can be empathetic with the poor Libt…. oops, I almost messed up.

Since when do you care about Christ or Christians? Typical Lib that only takes tidbits from the Bible because they think it makes their case more palatable.
Annnddd…it wasn't a lie. Did you or didn't you work at a grocery store?

Did you tell us that you weren't fired? NO. I just assumed that and that's not a lie. Ha, ha.
Look, don't judge my Christianity as you're the last one that should be judging. That's a sin too, but you knew that, right? I'll have to answer to God only and surely not to you. Love you man. Would you like for me to PM some Bible verses to you?

yeah, no ****
and there is no need...still have my bible from when I was baptized as a kiddo.
I sure hope there is some kind of creator...but man is flawed and judgmental, and all organized religion is run and interpreted by man...therefore, I have no faith in any organized religion.

Then don't follow organized religion. A person doesn't need that to reach God. Read your Bible, try your best to follow what it teaches you and if you ever feel that you would like to learn more that's what churches are for. Always remember, Christians don't go to church because we think we're sinless, we go because we KNOW we're not.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW WHAT YOUR PREACHER SAYS IF IT GOES AGAINST THE TEACHINGS FROM YOUR BIBLE. For instance, is that Baptist Church that is always in the news going by God's tenets? No. They're teaching hate. What were Jesus' two commandments that encompassed all the other eight commandments. Love God first, love your neighbor was the second. Why those two? Because if you follow these two you will be following the other eight.
Don't be like my brother. He once told me, "brother, if when I die and find out you were right I'll tell myself that I should have listened to you". I told him that at that point it will be too late. He died not too long ago and I doubt that he ever changed his stance concerning God. Call me superstitious or what you like but if I try to follow Christian beliefs then it means I'll be trying to be a good person and that never hurts. If unbelievers are right then what do I lose? Nothing, as everyone likes a good man but if I'm right (which I believe I am) I'll be with God. Win-win.

I can't believe in any creator that would give their creation free will, then doom it to eternal suffering for not believing in that same creator...that sounds like a human construct, and not divine.
I don't like the "but what if it's real" argument because what if the Muslims are right? what if the Mormon's are right? what if the Jew's are right? it can just go on and on from there...
