And? Black & Hispanic Christians (Catholics aren't Christians) are too small of groups to matter to the voting blocks... hence, the term White America.

So, White America = White People = Religious Right = Christians = rural America. Got it.
I believe in America's values. Not white America's values. Not white people's values. Not the religious right's values, but yes to Christian values because I don't think the religious right fairly represents Christianity. And yes to rural America's values, too.
And not just no, but hell no, to liberation theology values or socialist values or communist values or Obama's values.

Care to give an argument that proves otherwise?

So queers = Christianity? That's precisely why Catholics aren't Christians...
When 80% of AIDS are blacks because of their sexually immoral lifestyle... when 50% of welfare is black... when 60% of inmates are black... when 80% of black babies are born fatherless... (keeping in mind they are 13% of the population)
You'll have a hard time convincing me that "White America" isn't the proper term for the moral majority of the country.

RE: Ted Cruz nailed it. He said Obamacare would be a huge failure....
I appreciate your prayers for my soul, but me and Jesus have worked it out pretty well, thanks. I'm at least as assured of my salvation as you are of yours.
I'm sorry but your comments are simply racist, and I really don't care to pursue this discussion with a racist any further. To those of you leftists that I've denied racism being the motivation of the right, I'll admit I've found one here. For those who have wrongly attributed my differences of opinion to racism, I hope you can see the clear distinction between me and racists here. It's really kind of concerning to me that people who believe what you've stated here actually exist.
And for the record, I like Ted Cruz. I'll vote for him next time he runs, even though we disagree on some things.

Okay so Obamacare is a complete failure. I'm glad we got that over with. Can we move on now?

Saying it's a failure over and over again isn't going to make it so.
But keep on with the talk if it makes you feel better.
I'm still glad we did it. It was better than doing nothing.

Here is what happened.
The press conference was the kind no president ever wants to have: admitting his political enemies have a point. He conceded that a project his administration spent years on is structurally flawed to a degree they did not anticipate and can’t explain. He confessed that his team did not fully grasp how to manage the federal government. And acknowledged he’s become a “burden” on members of his own party.

Excellent. It allows me to tolerate the ranting about an entire overhaul of a health system that is being deemed a failure even after only a few months.

The reality is that Obamacare is the law of the land and whether or not it got off to the anticipated start is irrelevant.
It's here to stay. Time to get over it and move on.

On the contrary. I care deeply about the 30 million people who don't have health insurance and the millions of people who go bankrupt because they have hospital bills that they can't pay.
For this reason, I am in favor of health reform. Unfortunately, the republicans chose not to play. I would have preferred a system created by both parties but I will settle for Obamacare.

Less people have insurance now than when the law went into effect. You only care about your ideology. You do not care about the people this law harmed.

The law has not even been fully implemented yet. When it is, I believe that it will be an improvement of our health system.
If it isn't then I will be the first to demand a better system. I will not however demand that we go back to what we had before because that isn't a solution.
Show me a republican with a solution and I will be happy to vote for him.

It won't. Because it can't. It could work if and only if about 100 million people decided to act contrary to their best interests. But they won't, so it can't.
Quote:If it isn't then I will be the first to demand a better system. I will not however demand that we go back to what we had before because that isn't a solution.
Then you won't mind us holding you to that promise, will you? Tell us, how bad does it have to get before you will concede and demand something else?

Bismarck system, like the best systems in the world. And I get accused of being a right-winger, so does that count?
By the way, also got accused of being a left-wing homosexual today in another thread, as best I can tell because I don't subscribe to white supremacist racism. I'm still not quite making that connection.
