For one, it's estimated that whites will be the minority in 30 years, and two, they've been using that 13% population count since the 80's or early 90's... With 1 out of every 5 black teens having a kid, there's no way that 13% is an accurate count.

Food stamps won't run out. It'll just borrow more to fund the program. No way they lose that meal (vote) ticket.

That's what I'm saying... The black population increases at a staggering rate... The source (black caucus) claims 22% of blacks on stamps, and makes it a point to say they make up 13% of the population, STILL, after all these years... I don't buy it, there's more than 22% on stamps, and there's more than 13% in the population...

Definitely... There's nobody who can sit here and tell me that the black population was 13.5% in the 80's. and 13% in the 90's, and now 12.6% in 2013... They have the highest birth rate, 2nd place is hispanics, and way down in last are whites. All of these inner cities where there are millions for population, whites are the minority, remember the popular vote... A sea of red all throughout the U.S. with little tiny pools of blue in the north and along the coasts... There is absolutely NO way that blacks only make up 12.6% of this population.
