Or had that nice brand new arena Barbee has to recruit with and go 9-23 in year 3. They are way better off without him.

Oh, there go those pesky facts again.
Tennesse Tech
75-43 in Lebo's 4 years (27 wins by year 4, school record)
50-63 in the previous 4 years (9-21 the year he took over)
Chattanooga
40-20 in Lebo's 2 years (21 wins immediately)
33-27 in the previous 2 years (16-14 the year he took over)
Auburn
96-93 in Lebo's 6 years (24 wins by year 5, 2nd highest school win total)
119-70 in the previous 6 years (14-14 and on probation the year he took over)
ECU
56-44 in Lebo's 3 years (23 wins by year 3, school record)
34-57 in the previous 3 years (10-21 the year he took over)
If people cant see a guy that takes bad programs in turns them around in big ways you are blind. Auburn is the closest thing he has to a failure and he didn't even do all that much worse in his 6 years than Ellis's last 6 years despite Ellis cheating and giving him the punishment to deal with. That's the only place he ever stayed long enough until now to take the next step after he had rebuilt them.
