Face it, we're stuck in a loser conference with no options. Oh and I mean "LOSER CONFERENCE:, because no matter how great our teams perform on the filed, they will be talked down so much by the Talking Heads that no one will care. 03-phew

While I can agree with the top half of your statement, I wouldn't say you're in a loser conference. The P5 need the Go5 for non-conference scheduling. We the MW and AAC should schedule the P5 for non-conference and beating them. Playing a good team in a bowl is more rewarding than what conference they come from. Do you really want to play a 6-6 or 6-7 ACC team in a bowl when you possibly beat the ACC champion during the non-conference games?

Well that's too bad because if you as a graduate and fan of the program don't care why shoud anyone else. Put your big boy pants because this is time you school needs you most of all. My parents taught me from an early age that when things get tough and are unfair you don't give up you fight harder.

You can't fight your way through a brick wall. A massive wall has been placed in front of USF, UC, and UConn, who through no fault of their own, were not lucky enough to be deemed worthy and be selected for a so called "power" conference.

This is the problem with the entire league. I like the schools in the league. I think they can and will be successes both on the field and on the court, and it doesn't matter. We can sit here and pretend that if we all try real hard that 6 years from now things will be so much better, and the truth is they won't be much better. What will happen is either the league doesn't have a ton of success and doesn't get more money and better bowls, or it does and right before it's about to get those things it gets raided and the process starts all over again.

It's not permanent. Had UL thought that way and not supported and grown their programs they coud had been left behind. I'm so tired of all this poor me we are screwed attitude. Is it harder? Yes, is it impossible? No it's only impossible if you give up.

Too bad they didn't stuff your diapers with a couple hundred million to buy USF out of this mess. As for my "Big Boy Pants"; You have no idea who I am or what I've done or been through in life. Please spare me your story on how to fight harder. This is not a battle in which I can throw a punch. It's Backdoor BS Business and I'm simply not in the room. My choice to not care is simply that, "MY CHOICE".

Face facts, you can't do anything either. Congress will not get involved with this corruption well because they have their own to deal with.

Best of luck whining and performing sit-in's and letter campaigns. None of which will resolve this issue. 03-phew

UConn is done b!tching. It is what it is. We are ready to kick whoever's ass is unlucky enough to be put on the field/court with us. OOC, AAC, doesn't matter. New teams think we aren't a threat in football, okay, we are ready to prove you wrong. Think we won't lord over the baskeball conference, okay, watch us do just that...

I didn't realize those 3 had exclusive rights on that. By the way 2 of you weren't even playing FBS football when the BCS was created, which was the real brick wall that tossed very solid D1 programs on the wrong side of the line who had done absolutely nothing wrong.

LOL. I will continue to support USF athletics 100% and attend as many games as possible wether they are in AAC or ACC. You are right it's our choice. And I choose to support my school thru thick and thin. I was there when all we had was a struggling Sun Belt program and I will be there till I die.

Don't get me wrong. I don't think any of our schools, MWC schools or any of the others deserve this BS either. I think it's 100% corrupt and should be brought down. I believe the people behind it should be forced to quit and pay restitution for causing all this distress.

The problem is, what I think doesn't mean much outside of my circle of association. I know that and chose not to participate in the charade. I will not attend any game involving a P5 opponent nor will I watch them on TV. 04-cheers

Offer the Liberty bowl or champ give them 24 hours to say yes or no tell them we won't take any backup deal if they say no then offer the independence bowl the same thing and on down the line. If they don't take us and take the SEC\ACC #9 or 10 they won't fill their spot most years and they will be stuck with a Sun Belt or CUSA school.

I agree. I put all AAC schools in this category. We all have lost out big time.

It appears they'd rather have the SEC/ACC #10 than our champ, if McMurphy's sources are to be believed.

RE: Obligatory AAC bowl situation going from bad to worse
These USF fans are something else. For a team that never earned anything, or deserved anything, you sure are an entitled bunch.

RE: Obligatory AAC bowl situation going from bad to worse
if we cant' trust them to allow us in Bowls could we ever trust their officiating crews in games where we are scheduled to play them? They will stop at nothing to insure a team like
last years UL never wins again. It is time to file a class action lawsuit against every member of the Big 5 and every Conference commish starting with Slive ...They will at least budge to avoid the press this would bring!

No congressman or senator is going to risk the ire of their premiere university base by raising a question concerning our smaller schools.

If they don't take us and take the SEC\ACC #9 or 10 they won't fill their spot most years and they will be stuck with a Sun Belt or CUSA school.

It appears they'd rather have the SEC/ACC #10 than our champ, if McMurphy's sources are to be believed.
Give them what they want! They will end up with a Sun Belt or MAC school most years
