I actually agree with this. UTEP seems to be recruiting at a high level, so odds are they'll get better as their youth ages.
USM is playing great ball and has the youngest team in the country.
Many of Charlotte's biggest contributors are young and I expect to get a commitment from a very underrated player in Matthew Atewe in the near future. The recruiting sites haven't given him a lot of love, but look at his offer list.

If Marshall can get everyone eligible and healthy they could be very good.
MT is having a good season, not sure who they return though or how well they recruited.
La Tech has a great team and is returning most of their players.
ODU is down in a big way, but hopefully they won't stay down for too long. Their facilities are too nice and their history too solid for them to stay down forever.
Tulsa is always fairly solid (and hopefully with the news of a potentially bad tv contract in the BE they'll stay). Not sure how they look going forward, but it seems Tulsa fans are excited about their new coach.
I was high on UNT this year and they let me down, but at least they have a nice arena and are building a new practice facility. They're investing in their program and that never hurts.
Losing Memphis hurts the league's profile for sure, but I firmly believe that CUSA can be a lot like the old CAA. We'll undoubtedly have 1 bid years, but I think it is a league that can get 3 bids in some seasons as well with 2 bid years sprinkled in between.
I can live with that.
