But it won't even be close to how good C-USA basketball was back in the day. In 2004, we had 6 bids which was the tied for the most of any conference. I do think Middle Tennessee, UTEP, ODU and UNCC (glad to see they are back) will be solid though.

No, it won't be as good as the end of CUSA 1.0, not by a long shot. Good to hear from a Sincy fan again, you guys should revisit Halton.
Would love to start back up a series with Cincy.

I'm all for it, maybe without Huggy the crowd might not be as rowdy 04-cheers

PS: I still root for all the old C-USA guys like UNCC, St. Louis, and UAB.
Well do us a favor and root against SLU this weekend.

@TomBraggSports: @Mr_GO_HERD Charlotte led by South Charleston's Pierra Henry - who turned down a football scholly at Marshall to play hoops.

I'd be happy to put this on the schedule, but without Huggins I will not be able to generate sufficient hatred. Think you could get Cronin to wear a black mock-turtleneck? That might help.

18-6 with an RPI of 54. They have lost a few more in conference play than what many had expected after their hot start. If they win down the stretch they still have a shot to make the tourney.

Not many expected the tourny this year so most are pleasantly surprised. Still don't think we'll get there this year but we are definitely heading in the right direction.

If we don't, this is a team that should be seeded pretty well in the NIT.

Congrats 49ers. Tells me the victory over my beloved Pirates was no fluke. Good luck the rest of the season.
