One additional concern I have, aside from his obvious shaky closings and implosions in important games, is that he's going to get mercilessly booed every time he walks out to the mound. I hope he has a really thick skin, because that obviously won't help.

Papa Grande might be a good guy, personally, but when you've been taken through the meat grinder as much as he did by local media and fans, it's best you say farewell.
