Actually, I think you might be getting 2 events mixed up. It seems that Game Day Fan Zone is on the 1st but the Orange Bowl Downtown Countdown is on the 31st.

What's face value? How are you getting your's, by mail?

I think it's $20 face. It is supposed to be sent by mail or fedex (I'm not sure). Either way, there is plenty of time.
