I will also say, T-West's quality has been declining for a while now. I'm sad to see them go, but I'm also not surprised.

Chow had the same problem. But it did start around the time he "allegedly" started embezzling. I wouldn't be surprised if their more seasoned staff didn't get paid and left for better opportunities. Resulting in them having to rehire a new staff without any seasoned people to help train.

Chow had really declined over the years too

Lots of friends caught up in that that work at Shucks and formerly at Chow and TWest. My wife worked at Shucks for like 7 years. She left long before all this started but current staff thought stuff was weird. One almost couldn't buy a house because all the pay stubs were altered and unusable as proof of income because of that. Like dates changed and stuff.

Hate that Shucks is caught up in this too. I never went to Chow, but loved Shucks and TWest was fun.

Yeah, they'll talk it to death, like they do everything.

They'll postpone it until some business person in Richmond wants a casino. And if it does get approved, there will likely be seven casinos (one for each of the seven cities) because once one city has one, they'll all have to have one.
