Um, your own words?
Let's review.
Quote:Haha where's your God now Tebow?
You mock Tebow here, not because he's having a bad game, but because of his belief in God. You mock him in much the same way Christ was mocked by soldiers prior to his crucifixion.
Your mockery led Smaug to ask why people hate Tebow? You responded with 3 reasons.
Reason #1
Quote:He throws like a girl
Nothing really earth shattering in that, save the stupidity in thinking you could throw the ball any better or that Tebow couldn't destroy you in any football related skill. But I digress.
Reason #2 why you hate Tebow
Quote:Christians won't stop talking about him
Why do you care that Christians talk about him? Lots of people talk about him, atheists included. But you single out Christians doing so as a reason for your hatred of Tebow. Since you have already mocked him for his Christian faith by asking "Where is your God now Tebow?" it's clear you single Christians out for the same reason. You hate Tebow because Christians who share is belief in God, a belief you are on record as mocking, won't stop talking about him. It's clearly not their simple act of talking about him you hate because, as I said, many people talk about him that aren't Christians and you didn't bring them up. What makes Christians different than everyone else that talks about him? That would be their shared belief with Tebow, which you have mocked.
Reason #3
Quote:Fox news won't stop talking about him
One could ask why you don't hate ESPN as well since they have devoted exponentially more hours to talking about Tebow than Fox has. So again it's not the act of talking about him that fuels your hate, rather
who it is that does the talking and what distinguishes them in your mind. In Fox's case it's their "bias" that you believe they have. But that's neither here nor there as it relates to your anti-Christian bigotry.
Quote:bigĀ·ot
noun
a person who is utterly intolerant of any differing creed, belief, or opinion.
Your own words are proof of your bigotry. You mock Tebow for his belief in God and you list as a reason for hating him that Christians won't stop talking about him. As I pointed out, the simple act of talking about him isn't what fuels your hatred as there are many others that talk about him as well who aren't Christians. So we focus on what would focus your ire on Christians as opposed to others. The only differentiation is that Christians believe in God. And your disdain for those who believe in God has it's support in your own words via your mocking of Tebow for his belief in God.
That is your proof. Your own words. This is how deductive logic works. I know you don't recognize it as you've never participated in it.
