Only if Burrell and Bell have better years. If so, I agree. That's a big if.

i think burrell will be much improved, i don't know about bell. A guy as talented as burrell can't be this bad.

That is actually a great statement. One must dwell on the past in life to enjoy the happiness, feel the pain, and live the moment. Improve yourself through reflection. Glorious reflection. The Astros will use past failure as motivation.
Think of the children?

not a very good comparison. actually, it's a horrible comparison. Miles has never averaged 10 ppg in any season (which as you know, is pretty bad). Burrell, in his rookie year had 18 HR 79 RBI and hit .260. That's pretty good for a rookie.
2nd year=27 HR 89 RBI, a great improvement
3rd year=37 HR 116 RBI and hit .282
Burrell improved in each of his first three seasons . he had one very good year and one awesome year. Miles has never even had a decent season. Burrell's last season was probably a minor setback.

You misinterpreted my post.
Burrell is called a good player because he did have three great seasons.
Miles was highly touted and supposed to be good because of his potential.
Both are/were supposed to be good, both had off seasons this/last season.
Burrell will bounce back and have a good season, and I doubt Miles will ever be any more than a role player if that.

ok, you just contradicted yourself. In that last post you showed me ways in which miles and burrell are different.

I never said they were similar except for the fact that they both had lackluster previous seasons.

and even that is hardly a similarity. Miles has been lackluster his whole career, Burrell has been lackluster for only one season.

It is still a similarity. The Miles comment was actually intended to be a joke in the first place.
