None of that happens in CA.
They mail out X number of ballots. And then just wait to see how many come back up until a week after the official date. No accountability, no ballot integrity, no nothing. You have no idea how many legitimate ballots are left and what is actually going to be returned. The system is RYPE for fraud.

They’ll be finding them and “counting” until Halloween, at best.
So, I wouldn’t hold your breath.
Greasy has already said they have “a plan”.
Very sad what the demostructors have done to possibly our most beautiful State.
Who will even venture the trip to “Hollywood blvd” these days?
Only junkies, panhandlers or the flat-out robbers?
My last trip to N Hollyweird with family and friends we actually had impromptu lunch and many beers with Billy Idol and his crew.

To expound upon your point....I'm going to assume you're a popular.vote abolish the electoral college guy
By doing so you realize the practical effect of this is the entire nation would be waiting at least a week to see how many late ballots can be collected via mail to put to the Democrat over the top
It would be very very messy and completely destroy whatever faith is left in the electoral system
No, I'm not an abolish the electoral college guy. I would probably consider some reasonable tweaks to it, however, if proposed.
And again, what ******* difference does it make if you have to wait a week after voting day in November to know who is the official winner? In pretty much every case, the winner doesn't take office until 2 months later in January. And as long as the race isn't that close, we do pretty much know by the next day who each winner will be.
Finally, drop the only democrats cheat complete and utter . I can find every bit as much cheating from Republicans as you can find from Democrats. And no, I'm not talking about your half-baked conspiracy theories, but rather actual facts.
You have no problem with one state dragging out the process unnecessarily. That dragged out process always results in a Blue win and the other states are just supposed to take CA's word?
In the words of the most popular (by vote count) president ever .... C'mon man
Theyve set up a system where they can collect ballots for a week after the election in a state where they dominate the voter rolls and there is minimal accountability on those voter rolls or ballot integrity
The systems is screwed up but the CA Dems do win according to the rules they created
Dude, you don't have a ******* clue what you're talking about...so just stop.

In the Los Angeles mayoral race, incumbent mayor Karen Bass is leading, but Spencer Pratt is currently second. (All mayoral candidates are technically independents in this race.)
This is just to determine who runs in the runoff, from what I believe.
Exactamundo, jungle primary system.
All candidates into the hopper in the primary -- top 2 go to the general. Completely short circuits partisan primaries.
To put a finer point on your first sentence, I dont think there are very many offices that are restricted to 'native born Americans'. The only one I can think of with that legal restriction is President.
Does your first sentence mean that you would be fine with expanding the criteria of President to naturalized citizens?
Yeah, no ****...that's why your posts had next to none of them.

Where are my facts wrong?
FACT - CA mails out X number of ballots
FACT - They can be returned up to 1 week after the end of the election
FACT - They have no idea how many votes are going to be returned until the statutory deadline
FACT - No one can say with certainity where the outstanding ballots are at this present moment
FACT - The lack of ballot integrity makes it ripe for accusations of fraud, especially when the results always end the same way
They have until July 10th to collect ballots and certify the election. How surprising would it be that the vas majority of the ballots that are going to come in during the next month help the Democrat that is currently below the Republican in the Governor and LA Mayor's races?

Neither of these are facts.
There are republicans elected in CA all the time.
Ballots most be postmarked by election day or they are not counted. They allow a week for delays in postal delivery. This assures they are not disenfranchising a voter through no fault of their own.
WTF does "minimal accountability" even mean?
Observers are allowed to view the entire vote counting process.
Small audits are built into the counting process and required.
Mail in ballot envelopes are barcoded to identify the voter. The signature image is then compared to the signature on file using Automatic Signature Verification (ASV) software. If the ASV software determines the signature meets or exceeds the confidence threshold established by the Registrar of Voters, the ballot proceeds to be counted. If the confidence rating falls below the established threshold, the ballot is referred to trained staff for manual signature verification.
If three trained staff members determine the signature does not compare to the signature on file with the voter registration or the voter forget to sign the ballot identification envelope, the Registrar of Voters will notify them by mail, attempt to reach them by phone or email, and provide them with an opportunity to resolve the issue.

The one hiccup in your string is the last one, and the second to last one in a partial manner.
California law requires mailed in ballots to be signed, and for election workers to compare that signature to either the signature appearing on the voters affidavit or other signature appearing on a form that is part of the voters registration record.
A second smaller falsity is in your second to last statement.
California allows a voter to look at the status of their ballot -- whether undelivered, delivered, signature checked, whether the signature check passed or failed.

Yes, they mail out ballots to every registered voter...but they know how many were sent out. Additionally, again, their law allows ballots postmarked by election day to be received 7 days after the election. So within a week, the know how man ballots are to be processed in total. If it's postmarked after election day, it's not counted.
And as I posted previously, they have accountability of monitors of the whole counting process, mandated small audits, signature matches, and a three person panel to review signatures that don't match.
