Just watched the slowed video, gray jacket walks up with nothing in his hand and kicks the bear spray away. Gray jacket then struggles with suspect and walks away with something in his hand. Shots are fired and bear spray is still on the ground at the deceased’s feet. What was in gray jacket’s hand?
