When it comes to matters of life and death - you never speculate on the aggressor's intent. This is an unreasonable ask of an LEO to figure out in a split second given the suspect is doing something very dangerous.

Evlis doesn't care. Nobody on the left cares. (And yes, I'm misspelling his name on purpose.)

Likely you're correct. But at least it's out there for others to read and they can draw their own conclusions.

Now now, See, Pelvis would have remained calm in the situation. He knows he would have even though he's never faced such a threat to his life, ever. But he knows! Why, he even knows that getting hit by an SVU doesn't hurt! That dude is brilliant; he knows everything. How dare you offer up logic and reason for him to consider??

Maybe I missed it, but you didn't seem to address the conservative outrage of Ashley Babbit being killed by an officer who felt his life was in danger but are okay with this. IMO both officers were in the right as they were concerned for their own lives and those of which they are sworn to protect.

A Lot more damage than Ashli Babbitt was going to cause.

And never dragged by a car of another lunatic as the shooter was. All the cop knew is this crazy chick was trying to get the Hell out of Dodge WITHOUT her "wife" while he was standing in front of her car trying to keep her from going anywhere.

2. Except where otherwise required by inspections or other operations, Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid standing directly in front of or behind a subject vehicle. Officers/agents should not place themselves in the path of a moving
vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle’s path.
3. Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid intentionally and unreasonably placing themselves in positions in which they have no alternative to using deadly force.”

The “officer” manufactured a perceived threat by standing in front of her car. He created the threat to his life, then shot her after he was out of the way and continued shooting after she was past him.

Manslaughter charges and let a jury decide.

The only damage Ashli Babbitt caused was to the face of that antifa punk who she punched when he broke the glass into the chamber.

When the police tell you to exit the vehicle, you dont punch it in the direction of an officer. That is always instant death, as it should be.

Poor choices.

You cannot be serious.

Shot a member of a mob who stormed a government building while chanting “hang Mike pence” and broke through a door being secured to allow legislators to evacuated.

She wasn’t standing in the street in front of the Capitol.

Not that I want to rehash all of this again, but he was on the other side of a barracaded door where a lot of people were trying to break through. He was concerned for his safety and the elected officials including the VPOTUS.

I view it through the same lens of what happened yesterday with the ICE agent. He was concerned about his safety and the safety of the other officers on the scene.

Are you serious? Or does brainwashed ideology only see one side?

1. Why was she there parked sideways in the first place?
2. Was she complying with Authorities?
3. Why does she floor it with an agent standing in front of her SUV?

I’ll clue you in on a personal story of mine. A family member I grew up with decided he wanted to be a cop. He was always a fun guy to hang out with growing up. After he graduated the police academy he and his partner became best buddies. Even not working hanging out with him and his wife like family.

Well, one day they were chasing a thug on foot they could have and should have shot. But, assuming he was no longer a threat they stopped. The thug raced to what they thought was out site. He then out of nowhere shot my cousins partner and best friend in the head killing him instantly.

There was no outrage. There was no media attention. There were no politicians grandstanding . Nothing

So, back to your point the SUV started moving rapidly and he made a rapid decision for his life.

I do not care that you place more value on her life than his.

Btw, my cousin has never been the same and that was over two decades ago.

In conclusion everyday citizens do not need to become involved in matters of illegal activity believing to be do gooders

The road to h3ll was paved with good intentions.
