Until we can slow it down to 1/3 speed for the officer so he has more time for his response I'm not putting this on him. She should have gotten out of the car when she was ordered to by the officer.

I have had this discussion with some family members. They keep saying he should have just let her run him over, they had her plates and they could have arrested her later.

How was he supposed to know that he would receive only a minor injury? If she is willing to run over a person, she has sociopathic tendencies. Who is to say she doesn’t put the vehicle in reverse and strike him again to cause further harm. Who is to say she would not hurt someone else? There are a lot of people who would claim assault and battery for merely slapping somebody who think it is no big deal to let an SUV run into you.

It's that simple. And she had to see the agent before she hit the gas. It's terrible that she died for that decision, but she's the one who made it.

I also wish the agent could have not shot at her, although it was a split second decision. She wasn't going to get away. Her wife was left standing in the middle of the street. I still don't understand what the driver was thinking.

AAA. Her best "thinking" is what got her where she was that day. Blocking traffic with her Great Dane in the back of her car while her Lesbian lover was filming the whole thing. The last thing you want someone like that to do is THINK. She isn't very good at it. Stupid should hurt.

It really is that simple. Comply with reasonable requests. Don't take actions that threaten the officer's safety and then cry about it.

The left consistently fails to understand that law enforcement officers are generally good people that just want to do their jobs and get home safely to their families like everyone else. Instead, they are forced to work in a war zone everyday due to these idiots.
