Apparently, a female rammed her car into an ICE vehicle to start an incident, which ended with the woman being injured by gunfire from one or more ICE agents.

I'll add to this as I hear more.

How dare those ICE agents get in the way of a wandering vehicle! For shame on them!

Ok, more info. ICE was conducting a typical target-focused op, when a woman rammed her car into an ICE vehicle. It was a violent ramming, as they are showing live video on TV, and both vehicles are badly damaged.

According to news reports on site, the ICE agent felt his life was in danger, and opened fire on the other vehicle.
As a result, the female driver was killed.

Moral of the story: Don't ram an ICE vehicle while agents are performing their lawful duties.

More reporting. Apparently, it was believed the woman was actively trying to run over the agent with her vehicle, which is why he felt his life was being threatened. At that point, agents are authorized to use deadly force to protect themselves.

EDIT: Apparently, multiple ICE agents were injured by this driver, but will recover. That happened before the shooting occurred.

EDIT #2: The ICE vehicle was stuck in the snow, and the agents were outside the vehicle trying to get it unstuck, when the woman rammed their vehicle, and tried to run over them and kill them. Only then did the agent open fire.

The Dem's vilification of law enforcement personnel creates oxygen for violence by those disposed to it. In other words, it gives them juice to go over the edge.

And the Minneapolis Mayor just said it was the ICE agents fault. Stated to keep protesting and push back on ICE. He may have some Federal agents knocking on his door. He said "Self Defense is a 'garbage' narrative". Said the lady wasn't driving towards the agents. Wonder how the agents got hurt?

I'm just thankful no ice officers were hurt worse than they were. Grateful that dude was a great shot.
