In a weird way, if SCOTUS rules against the plenary and unchallengeable tariff power by the Executive branch that Trump is pushing and claims, that gives the Rs an offramp to the economic issues that seemingly persist.

I know Fux News and CSNBBS have been telling you different... but if you were not inside an echo chamber here is what happened... around 60% blamed Democrats... Democrats introduced the stand-alone SNAP funding.. Republicans said no, then the blame immediately shifted to Republicans. Then Trump would not release the emergency fund (right or wrong doesnt matter) and the blame shifted even further onto Republicans....

It was so easy to flip the optics... when all Trump and Senate had to do was POUNCE on the SNAP funding and make it clear "we wanted to keep SNAP funded the whole time. We have never wanted to starve children and use people as leverage as the democrats have said repeatedly".... republicans would have came out with a clear victory... instead they did the dumb things they did and the public opinion changed.

You're right. We were suckered by both the leftist legacy media and Fox News into thinking we had a chance in VA and NJ. I admit I was one of them.
