Joe Biden ought to face legal action now that he is no longer our vegetable-in-chief. Because they don't want to break with tradition and appear to be conducting witch hunts, as the Obama and Biden administrations did for years, the Republican Party won't do it. They should go ahead and prosecute him because that precedent has already been set. Their competitors have never been so conscientious.
What I said in 2008 is still what I say today. The right simply cannot operate in a civil manner if it is not reciprocated. The left has demonstrated time and time again that they don't care about decorum or protocol. Despite our decision to take the high road, they have repeatedly told us and demonstrated through their actions that they don't care about a fair fight. We have to fight them on their own terms; we have to go down into the mud with them and drag them down until they choke.

Well, we haven't seen the ragin couyon in a while. Heck, Mensa doesn't post here in a month or so. (But he does lurk.) I'd say those two are examples of what I was getting at. (But you're right. It probably won't matter in the long run.)

And then there's tanq. I really didn't want to do that. Despite the majority opinion of tanq, much of which I agree with, there's something about him that compels me to perhaps go a little easier on him—no, that's not the right phrase; perhaps be a little more tolerant may be more apt—than some others here.
When he isn't foaming at the mouth, he appears to be knowledgeable about the law, and I consider that a valuable resource to have. Has he been wrong about certain issues? Absolutely.
I understand why some here have such a visceral reaction to the things he says, but there's something to him that I think he hides that could almost acquit him or absolve him of his churlishness. He is a constant target, perhaps justifiably, but not all day every day. Who wouldn't be defensive in that situation?
Just my own opinion, I think he may be a little misunderstood. In any case I put him on ignore just to avoid confrontations with him.

3. The Hawaii electors weren’t submitted as part of a conspiracy to have the vice president throw out the real electors.
4. Hawaii sent a 3rd slate before Jan 6th after the recount finished changing the result.
The Trump administration was actively engaging in a conspiracy to have Pence throw out legit electors, or have him recuse himself and and have a temporary president of the senate. They may have stated in public that their intent was to preserve the legal challenge, but in their emails they clearly outlined a conspiracy to throw out the lawfully certified votes. Just because you say you aren’t breaking the law doesn’t make it true.
Show us these emails you claim prove what you are clearly lying about. Who was charged and found guilty? No one? Imagine that.
Almost 11 years of lies, false accusations, sham show trials' and all sorts of untruthful accusations against him. For four of those years you idiots controlled everything, and yet you failed to find him guilty of anything more than a freakin' process crime that was blown way out of proportion on your side's witch hunt.
