Does somebody else wanna take this one? I'm about to go cook dinner. We're making enchiladas using homemade Texas chili (that's chile con carne for those who don't know) as the sauce.

Homan is as good as gone.

Pretty neat on the part of the administration. Even if the video surfaces, which by his clever wordplay Homan is at least cognizant of that possibility, then Homan never acted on the bribe, so he is technically correct that he didn't do anything illegal. He just received a $50,000 gift in a CAVA (that's a low level quick service restaurant) in a paper bag. Totally normal for high level government employees.

You guys will explain it away, or even better call it a "witch hunt" or weaponizing the FBI and we'll have this dirty employee until Trump leaves, if he leaves.

You are really gullible. Try reading Cardinal Jim's post above yours.

Also, are they really going to give out 50k in cash on a fishing expedition that won't pay off for months?

It doesn't pass the smell test. Maybe the FBI agents stole the 50k.

1. not really the gullible side, i'm sure you looked at "they're eating the dogs, they're eating the cats" with trepidation

2. $50k is not that much money, they've used a lot more in investigations.

I'll simply ask you, if your wife asked you if you took the last cookie out of the cookie jar, would you answer "i've done nothing illegal, i've done nothing criminal" or would you simply say "I didn't take the cookie" (or "I did take the cookie" if applicable)

So you didn't read Cardinal Jim's post.

50k on a pure fishing expedition is real money.

Did you see the videos of people at the city council meeting claiming people were eating dogs and cats long before Trump repeated it? Did you see the records of arrests for eating geese at parks? You act like its proven nobody did it when there is a strong likelihood someone was doing it.

But it was a funny meme!

nothings debunked about it. Trump accepted a $400MM gift from a foreign government. This is undisputed fact. This is the same government that protects Hamas.

Trump got a $2B crypto investment from another foreign government just weeks before Trump authorized a sale of highly sensitive computer chips to that nation despite the national security concerns. The only thing thats up for debate is whether or not you think someone might want something for their $2B investment...

Whats sad is that you lot value hating the other side and not admitting you were wrong about dear leader over actual governing.

Imagine if Obama had accepted a 747 from say China or Hunter Biden got a $2B "investment" from Ukraine soverign funds. You'd be incensed and you'd be right to.

When dear leader does it *crickets*.

Let's say all of this is true - Trump is enriching himself through the presidency. I'm not saying it all is - I don't know tbh. How do you trust the media when they intentionally hid Biden's impairment and told us the man was "sharp as a tac"? Where was all of this outrage for past presidents on your part? Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden have done the same...or were accused of doing the same in all sorts of stories during their administrations.

But I only see you speaking out about Trump's alleged crimes. Where were you when it came to the previous administrations?

You really are an insufferable idiot with a mind so closed that I'm pretty sure you suffer from a lack of oxygen to your brain cells. The jet was not a personal gift to POTUS. Did I ask you how you came to be so stupid? It was a gift to the United States Air Force to be used temporarily. It was all spelled out within a week of your weak ass side trying to generate political capital yet again with a spoon and some dirt you dug up from the ground.

If you are this intellectually vapid and so mind numbingly stupid as to actually believe these talking points you vomit then you don't belong here. If you know it's all BS and continue to vomit the lies it's because you have an agenda, and don't belong here.

What's it like to do and say such stupid things, see the reactions of 95% of the people around you and then run with the other 5% who, like you, can't think for themselves? I mean seriously, how does one become so stupid? Did you come by it naturally or was it a result of being conditioned for at least 12 years by our public school system?

They had no evidence he provided the contracts he took the cash for, which is now what it takes to prove federal bribery. Until he actually did the action he was paid for it wasn't a crime. In his "denial" on Fox News he didn't even say he didn't take the cash, he just said he committed no crime, because just taking the cash is not a crime. He said a whole bunch of word salad in which at no point in time did he say he didn't take the cash. If I didn't take cash I was accused of taking I'd lead with that part.

Sounds like they don't have evidence he accepted the cash. He didn't say he took the cash nor did he say he didn't take it..

If he took it, undoubtly they have it on tape.. Recording.. Something.. Otherwise it's hearsay..

You cannot talk to these people, only at them. Present them with facts and their eyes glaze over and you can just about see the gears slowing down as their processing ability shuts down.

That was f'ing impressive. What a beatdown. +3

It should say the jet was a gift to the United States to be operated and maintained by the USAF if we want to get technical about it.

I'm just so tired of reading this BS from the left. NONE of it is original. Everything they say and do has been said and done in other revolutions in other times. And make no mistake, they consider themselves as revolutionaries, only they do it from behind their keyboards. There are seriously bad actors out there whose motivations transcend ideology, at least the ideology most of them think of when they say they're democrats, and violence for them is simply a means to an end.

Fools like tom and ballgag think they are immune to the adverse effects such a system has on almost all its subverted subjects. The democrat party has been co-opted by radical elements of marxism and Islam and the useful idiots have blinders on so the they remain focused on whatever the media tells them to focus on.

That's how we end up with morons like those here who are invariably proven wrong on almost every position they take yet they continue to take those same losing positions on every issue.

They are essentially spoiled children throwing temper tantrums because mommy said no, they know there's nothing they can do about it except make everyone else around them miserable for as long as they can get away with it.

they lock up ... every single time...

until they grow up with any offering of solvent, long-term solutions, they don't deserve engaging with an earnest rebuttal...
