No forensics has been disclosed, no bullet as far I know. The family can't confess to the shooting they were not a witness. They recognized his photos that the FBI released as a person of interest. The autopsy has not been released either. The online evidence is an account name that the room mate lover said it belonged to Robinson.

I'm right there with you. We don't know that the rifle in hand is the murder weapon. That may or may not be possible to prove. The rifle found could have been placed there before and the real murder weapon could have been disposed of elsewhere. Or maybe this guy isn't even the shooter. Just because the weapon had been shot doesn't mean that wasn't done beforehand either.

So far I haven't seen any video showing the shot being taken. Maybe I missed it.

There are a lot of assumptions in line that point to our boy, but, remember the old guy in the crowd? Our boy could be decoy number two. Ask yourself. Why did he stand up and run across the roof? He could have crawled off and perhaps have escaped detection. But he didn't even TRY not to be seen. Then he manages to get his entire escape on cameras.

This guy wanted to get caught. He confesses to dad. Ties up law enforcement investigating him only. Then refuses to confess to law enforcement.

Why? Perhaps because he knows somewhere along the line they'll find something that shows he didn't do it. Then the entire community of his gets to laugh at the fools they've made of the Trump administration.

I still think this is possible. Too many things just barely don't add up.

Y'all, his DNA was found on the trigger of the murder weapon. He did it. (He was at least the trigger man.)

Per Jeff Gray, the Utah County DA, in a live presser ongoing, the rifle recovered was the murder weapon, and Tyler's DNA was found on the trigger.

The gun is Tyler's grandfather's hunting rifle.

I generally agreed with this until I saw the text messages. I'm about as far from a conspiracy theorist as you can get. I despise them and have seen how they derail legitimate investigations. However, those text messages between him and his roommate/boyish friend or whatever you call him are fabricated in my opinion. I've been doing this stuff for a long time. Those messages look pre-written to me.

No. 1 -- 22 year olds don't talk that way. Especially in text and especially in a highly stressed situation.
No. 2 -- A person with no criminal record just a killed a man. Not only a man but one of the most recognizable public/political activists in the U.S. among the 14-45 year old demographic. And he's just going to have a chill text chat about it? And go into explicit detail where he left the murder weapon?
