Nowhere does the name Clemson have the name South Carolina in it.-----The only schools in the SEC that doesn't have the state name are Vandy and Auburn both charter members since 1933-----they have added 6 teams since 33--all of which have the state name in their university name-------TEXAS am----ARKANSUCK---MISSOURI---SOUTH CAROLINA----OKLAHOMA---TEXAS-----------------------------VIRGINIA and NORTH CAROLINA fits the mold like Eagleonpar suggested

Just say you are not even close to being bright enough to know what flagship means, and leave it at that. Obviously, they would pick South Carolina State ahead of Clemson.

South Carolina State is #2 on everybodys list--are they not ? Oh wait !
